What a joke of a casino, tried to open an account and sent them verification then they told me I couldn’t deposit because my account was restricted, so I decided to close it and post a review, it’s only now I have read all the terrible reviews about these shower of fools, thank god they restricted me or I would have wasted my money without it seems any chance of ever been able to make a withdrawal

Great selection of markets, usually pretty fast payouts. Withdrawals are instant which is great. Odds can sometimes be a little bit low, especially for smaller leagues, but that is to be expected. Quite easy to get your stakes limited for almost any markets, so for more serious bettors I wouldn't primarily suggest this site.

Regretfully went on this site not knowing about these fraudsters. Upon first signing up, only one verification document was needed but as soon as I started winning more and more they froze my withdrawals and asked for more verification. I submitted these without hesitation and they were clear as day.

I had previously never had this happen with any other online gambling site, so I thought this was very strange. After a few attempts to upload them, they stated the verification was under review and then came up with multiple excuses each time as to why the verification was not approved, even after meeting their requirements.

Not less than 24 hours later after asking them for an update, I get an email mentioning they were closing my account due to concerns about me being a gambler. I should mention that while I waited for weeks to submit document after document, they kept playing word salad in order to keep me deceptively assured they were "working hard to verify your documents". I had only signed up for one month with them and made two bets and they sent an email mentioning they were concerned about my gambling, so they needed to shut my account down. What a joke!

If anyone has signed up they should be warned that their money can be stolen at any time, as you won't be getting your money back. They turn the tables on you and are professional liars. They know what line to use so they can cover their tracks, leaving you unable to retaliate. It's left me with no choice but to report them for fraud and hire legal representation.

What was the point of asking for the same documents? I was tormented with documents, I submitted everything, and still, everything went wrong.

It didn’t take long to get a response: on the 12th, I received an email saying that my account was closed for violating clause 10.3, and all my funds were brazenly seized... well, confiscated, of course.

At first, I thought it was a mistake since the email addressed me as "Anna," and the violation of clause 10.3 had nothing to do with me, as it essentially pertains to intellectual property.

I tried to find out what exactly I had “violated.” Then they sent me another email, referring to a different clause, which seemed very strange to me. First, they call me Anna and say I violated clause 10.3, and now it turns out there’s a new clause. By the way, the account is still blocked. Every single day, they change the reasons for closing the account and come up with different excuses. Well, I didn’t get my money, but I did get a whole bunch of terrible emotions and emails with ridiculous excuses.

I deposited £500 and lost. Few days later I received £300 from my husband and I deposited. I was betting in Women's Tennis and cricket World Cup 2024. I won around £8015. Balance was around £8300. So I withdrawn £3000 on 20th June and £5000 on 2 days later. They cancelled all withdrawals and ask for document and bank statement. I provided them. The made the decision that I received £300 from third party. So all winning will be void. I made complain eCogra and they found the Unibet's favour. Because I received £300 to my account from my husband and I deposited to place bet. Apparently what they did they have changed my sexual orientation on the system and they said that I mentioned myself on the system Male not female. f...ks. Now they expecting d..ck not my sexual orientation as female. but all other details same as my ID. Only they changed to D...ck...male.

I find it annoying that you can't have the promo odds booster deselected in the settings for when there is an increase of the odds. When you're in a hurry, as you should be when placing live bets, there is the chance of accidentally clicking to place the bet with the odds booster which you wouldn't want to use on every bet out there.

Then there is customer service chat on mobile, which is just awful. Should you accidentally click the back button your automatically lose the whole progress of the chat and got to start from the beginning. Not just that. They even asked my personal information the second time which they didn't during the first time. All this inconvenience just for some little issue that I wanted to be undone.
They should tune down on asking too much personal information when one is logged in and when it's not a security vulnerible prone question.

Then there's the many bugs lately with the live betting page: can't select favorites, disappearing stake amount that I had just typed in, etc.

I wish I'd looked at the reviews on here before I signed up with this company. I made the required £10 deposit to claim the welcome bonuses.
