wish I'd of read the reviews before I deposited

They scammed me for over 6000 euros.
I made a total of 5500 deposits and had no issues as I was losing. Then 2 days in a row I made it back and some profit too and they refuse to verify my account no matter how many valid documents I send to them. They decline everything. Bank statement, proof of address by government, social security documents. They refuse to let me withdraw. This is a clear scam and now I see why they do it. They want you to get tired of endless weeks driving around getting documents for them, so you give up and they scam your money. If nothing happens soon they will force me to report this internet fraud to the police

I had 2 big wins over a 2 week period...both times nothing went on to my account....all they say is we will write a ticket and investigate....no they will not they don't care at all...960€ was the first win on dancing wilds a 9€ per spin...I recieved nothing...play this casino and you will get robbed...you've been warned.

Deposited $250 2 times in 1 night then got a text from my bank questioning multiple withdrawals after these 2 . Lucky my bank has put a block on my card and should be coverd by Mastercard so these theives shouldn't get what they stole . I wish I had done more research before giving these scamers a cent . This company will do everything in their power to withold your money. Do NOT deposit into this company. They were happy to take money put of my account but once I won it was a different story. They stole over £500 from me.

Worst bookmaker i have dealt with. literally lie about how their promotions are applied to bets then no help via customer service what so ever. do not use their services. Bet365 and skybet are far superior online bookmakers.

I don't know what it is about Bookmakers now, but they seem to have no clue how to treat customers or potential customers. And then there is Unibet, who take this to a whole other level. I've already written about how they put prices up on oddschecker, but then, will not let you bet at said price or if they do, it will be something so ridiculously small, it's not worth it.

To put this in context, imagine seeing a jumper in a shop window, walking into the shop and asking to buy siad jumper, only to be told that item is not avaialble to you, but is to others.

In no other business would any company survive, yet our legislators think this is fair when it comes to bookmakers, Unibet are the absolute worst for this.

Then, A few days ago I sent them a simple DSAR request. They asked me to prove my identity, and I did. Then, they sent me the data, but made the file password protected.

So I had to go on Unibet chat where an agent tried to help me through this convoluted approach, but I still couldn't access the files. I asked them to send it to me without a password, and they refused saying they could not.

So I asked them why not? Other companies can do this, so why not Unibet. Their reply will show you the contempt they hold their customers in.

"We are unable to provide your with the password via e-mail.

This is within our rights."

Nothing about the customer at the other end, who may not be very tech savvy, or have time to deal with thier nonsense.

If you value being treated like an actual person, avoid Unibet.

Now, to close my account. I have a feeling I will be back writing about that too.
