I used Unicorn to and from Gatwick for a ski holiday. I have two young children and we were carrying a lot of luggage including skis and a buggy. At both ends, the drivers were early, helpful and courteous which made the travel very easy and straightforward. Unicorn were also able to provide and fit appropriate car seats for the children (1 and 4 years old). I would highly recommend Unicorn and will definitely use them again in the future.

Our flight was very late and then a misplaced passport delayed us even further after pickup, however the driver was absolutely fantastic - very patient and courteous and couldn't do enough to help - way beyond the call of duty.
Will definitely use Unicorn again without hesitation!

We have really enjoyed their services, the drivers have been really professional and always on time , the vehicles were more than suitable to our needs including brand new baby car seats.

It was great service one can only imagine. It is not the chip, but not the skyrocketing expensive and delivers the promise. Cars and drivers are beyond any standards, meeting and greeting at Airport could be compared to VIP, cars are brand new and what is important 100% reliable. Bring us from Heathrow to Gatwick in no time. We were extremely late due to baggage check out delay, but the driver makes impossible and we were on our next plane just in last moment.

Booked at short notice when I realised I'd booked flights into Heathrow and out of Gatwick. Really pleasant driver took the stress out of the situation and got us to Gatwick quickly, safely and at a very reasonable price. Great service and highly recommended. Thanks

I needed transportation from Heathrow Airport to the Dillington House and back for a wedding I recently attended. The drive is 2-1/2 hours each way. Rather than having to use trains and taxis, I contacted Unicorn who provided my transportation. The drivers are professional, courteous and more importantly on-time and I couldn't be happier with the service I received!! I highly recommend them!

They were absolutely excellent.
Cars were clean, pick up was punctual and the drivers were very pleasant,
Even when we missed a connecting flight (though no fault of our own!)and arrived on a later flight than arranged, they re scheduled our pickup at the last minute, without a problem.

We paid for a airport transfer. The transfer was smooth and very efficient. When we confirmed our departure arrangements we were told we would be picked up at 20 minutes after the landing time. Yes the driver was waiting for us, and once again we were taken to the hotel without any problem.

They are a company very standard and excellent , I always kept informed, we had a problem with a flight delay and monitored the flight so did not have to pay any extra, in the collection to the airport for return were punctual. Definitely would have their services .

I booked a transfer online to collect me from Stansted, i had no luggage so i was out early, i thought I'd get a coffee as i was early, but to my suprise my driver was already at costa waiting with a name board!!!!
He was smartly dressed and his vehicle was new and clean, brilliant experience, highly recommended!!

Used Unicorn Transfer for 4 travellers in May, 2015 for 10AM midweek pick-up from Heathrow. Booked on-line. Company allows 2 hours free wait time and will wait inside the airport with your name on a card. Some companies will charge extra for wait time and for waiting inside the airport. Website is informative and on-line booking was easy to do. I booked a larger vehicle than we required just in case our 4 roller bags and 4 backpacks would not fit into the recommended car. Driver was courteous, and navigated the streets without issue. Car was well-maintained and we arrived safely at our hotel (near Victoria Station) and no surprises with the cost - it was the same as quoted on-line.

Online booking and follow up confirmation was thorough and prompt. Used both ways to/from Heathrow, first driver did not help with our luggage trolleys which was a bit disappointing for us two ladies. The second driver was friendly cheerful and helpful. Both trips on time. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Used them not only for transfer to/from Heathrow airport, but also to/from Southampton. Drivers arrived ahead of time, vehicles were clean and well kept. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
