I would recommend Unicorn as a very efficient and courteous taxi service.
I pre booked a taxi to pick us up from Heathrow to Croydon. The day before our arrival at Heathrow I received an email asking me to confirm the booking, which I did. i also mentioned that our flight was delayed. They tracked our flight a d the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall.
He wa very courteous and helpful, the car was clean, the journey smooth, careful driver. i would recommend them and use them again myself.

V efficient and responsive
I used unicorn taxi service from Gatwick to 97 Cromwell road and then after a week to Heathrow. The cars were clean and the drivers were polite and courteous and both the times on time. I found them extremely responsive on email. They usually replied within 5 minutes. Totally recommended!

We are most impressed with Unicorn Transfers.
We like the 24/7 service & prompt response to our booking. Yesterday, was the first time we used Unicorn. on arrival at Heathrow, the driver was waiting for us. He was polite, helpful and professional.
We will not hesitate to use and to recommend to all our friends to use Unicorn transfers.

Fantastic Service
Couldn't recommend this service more. Prompt pick up and return to airport in lovely, clean and comfortable cars. Great value for money. Our driver back to Stansted was an absolute gentlemen. Would definitely recommend this service.

I would certainly recommend Unicorn for Airport pickups. I used them recently for a pick up from Gatwick Airport to Central london. The driver was there promptly at the airport. Then I didn't realise I had left my mobile phone in the cab. The driver rang me later to tell me he had the phone and they got the phone to me. All in all a very good experience .

Two months to process a refund?!
Do not use this service. They messed up my booking even after I called to confirm the times. I cancelled soon after (before the money was taken from my account) - they still charged my card. It took me nearly 2 months to get a refund after calling 4 times and being promised by 'Harry' that it would processed in 2 working days. Their excuse: the guy who processes refunds was on holiday...for two months? Never use them again - unreliable and terrible customer service.
