I like the size and colour of all the jumper’s as I ordered two different school jumper’s but the material for lands down primary academy’s jumper was not really good. After one ware specially hand side starts bobbles or fluffy. As we know school logo jumper always bit praise and we aspect the material should need to be good quality.

Thank you for your review Khaled. I have looked into your complaint and I can see that your order was delivered to you within 10 working days. I can see that the initial delay was caused as you selected the Click & Collect option and then later changed this to delivery via Royal Mail. We can not be held responsible for this delay. In any case, when choosing your delivery option, our website clearly states "5-7 working days (Subject to stock availability)". If an item is out of stock, orders can take a little longer. I think 10 working days is pretty good going if you ask me! Doesn't seem like we did anything wrong at all! See you again soon!
