Amazing customer care didn't leave you waiting just straight to the point

Order was cancelled by the business, without a reason. Since then, no response regarding refunds despite a number of emails chasing. No one at the customer service or online chat box. Scam.

I bought a skincare product from this company. I had an instant allergic reaction to it. I informed the company and asked for a refund, offering to return the product to show I was not cheating them. I was flatly dismissed "we don't do refunds"
Not impressed with their attitude and will not use them again

My package took forever to get delivered-I thought it was lost at one point with no updates. Rebecca at Glamstore answered right away and assured package was being delivered via USPS-not the original shipper. It arrived 2 days later.

Do not buy from this website; they sell fake products. I purchased an expensive lotion, La Prairie, from them, but it was fake. I called the manufacturer, and they told me the line of the lotion I bought had glitters; however, the one I purchased from Unineed did not. Unineed refused to acknowledge the fake product and did not refund my money.

I hope the savvy consumers online will not experience the same mistake I made. They are not much cheaper and are not authorized dealers for some of the authenticated products.

I have been waiting three weeks for an item to be delivered. Unineed and the courier (Evri) keep blaming each other. I'm not convinced this is a legitimate business

I received an expired sunscreen not effective in protecting against UVA/UVB radiation. Before dispatching a product the expiration date should be check.

When Evri totally lost my package, Iona was kind and responsive and very supportive. Will buy from them again.

There was part of my order missing. They dealt with the issue quickly.

My parcel got lost during christmas, they keep trying to find it back but not succeed, then they transfered the refund back immerdiately without any delay.

Ordered a shampoo last Thursday, paid extra for express delivery which says delivery in 48 hours , so expected it (and needed it) Saturday so I thought perfect !, it’s now the following Monday and only just got an email to says it’s only just been shipped!
No idea if or when it will show up but my advice would be don’t pay for the 48hour delivery, as they take the money but don’t follow through

I bought 2 Armani watch from this website The watch I received did not include the official Armani packaging or warranty certificate. Instead, they sent me an kenzo box. Additionally, after consulting with professionals, I was informed that the watch is faulty.
I just searched online and found an Armani watch with the exact same code as the one I purchased from your website. Every watch is supposed to have a unique code, which makes this strong evidence.

I received the wrong item but l did not check the parcel straightaway.
When l did l contacted tge company straight away.
They where very apologetic and offered a replacement or refund with no fuss. I wanted a replacement which they sent a QR code for me and l returned it with a replacement on its way. They where very helpful and l was happy with their response.

No order confirmation and no customer service at all.

Did not get any confirmation email with my order, and no customer support service.

I feel like the positive reviews here are all fake. Honestly just avoid. I never got a confirmation for my order but the money was taken and processed. It took maybe a week for someone to get back to me and ask for proof payment went through, I provided it.
I then finally got my order confirmation and also a shipping notification. Today suddenly I get a random email saying my refund has been processed? The best part is the refund isn’t the full amount I paid, I have 0 explanation for it and I can’t get through to anyone. Scam of a company.
