Excellent customer service
I ordered an item via Amazon which was delayed in arriving. When I contacted the company I was kept up to date with the delivery progress and also received an apology for the delay which wasn't the fault of the company. The item arrived safely and I am really happy with it. I would use this company in the future.

I ordered nearly £100 of hair products…
I ordered nearly £100 of hair products on the 10th November and paid for express delivery. It is now the 13th November and no updates. I have contacted the company and I have been told it’s due to high volumes of orders. I’m worried I have been scammed. My order still states it’s processing. At this point, I would rather cancel my order and have my money back. Paying for express delivery and it’s now 4 days later and the order hasn’t even been processed.

Best Customor service ever

But i litterly got a respond only 10 minutes later after sending and was a lot of help and fixed my problem. This is by far the best customor service ive ran into. Btw give Iona Hammond a raise!

Unineed Unable to Locate Fraudulent Payment – Unacceptable
I had a £200 fraudulent charge made using my card for an order on Unineed's website. Despite providing clear evidence of the transaction, including a statement from my bank confirming the payment, date, and amount, Unineed's payment platform was unable to locate the transaction. I have been going back and forth with their customer service, who continually asked for more information despite already having the necessary details to investigate.
It is deeply concerning that a company cannot track a fraudulent payment on their own platform. I am disappointed with their handling of this serious issue. If you're concerned about fraud protection, I would strongly advise against using Unineed.

Excellent customer service
When an item I had ordered didn’t turn up I contacted the company and was impressed with how seriously they took my concern, the fault seems to lie with the courier delivering to wrong house but Iona contacted me and the problem was quickly resolved.
They have been extremely helpful and professional,I can’t thank them enough.
