My shamefaced apology!
My name is Susan Walsh. I'm using a friend's laptop to submit this review. I ordered a tube of cream on Thursday 11th July 2024. I requested Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked postage. On Monday 15th July I was under the impression that I had not received my email and tracking info. I tried using the contact form, the telephone inquiry line and the chat bot. Again, under the impression that no-one was responding I left a fairly irate voicemail threatening to leave a negative review. I subsequently found the package in my porch. I also received a message from Dylan suggesting I check my spam mail for tracking info. I did so and found the email and tracking info. I sent my apologies as overall the service was spot on, speedy, efficient, and a great product at a great price. Thank you.

I had an item missing from my order and…
I had an item missing from my order and I brought it to the sellers attention and within, I want to say two hours I had a response and within 24 hours I had a tracking number for the remaining product. The seller was speedy, very polite and nice. You can tell they take great pride in their business. I have bought from them a couple of times in the past and I will continue to buy from this seller!

I ordered some Clinique Face cream from this company Unineed and was a first time user. Price was good and site easy to navigate. However,my cream was not delivered. I contacted customer service through onbuy.com and Rebecca from customer service was brilliant. No issues, courteous and professional . I was re sent another one. Nice customer service
My parcel was lost, but Unineed refunded money to me after the investigation. It took around 1 month overall, but their customer service is very responsible. I would suggest the company to find another delivery partner.
