Nice service and products
My item was shipped fast but after few days it was returned to the sender due to the incorrect address. The customer service is so nice and patient, and told me that when the stock is available again will send me the new item ASAP if i am happy to wait shortly. I already shop by Unineed several times and the customer services are always nice. Thanks for the patience and solve the problem so quickly.

Product with expiration date
1. Never received the order confirmation
2. Never received the shipping notification
3. Received an expired serum which I paid for above €70.
4. No response from the customer service
To sum up: The price was very tempting but de quality of the product should be guaranteed as well.
Update: After this review, and several emails with the customer service, the package was returned and the refund was issued. My compliment to the customer service! Eventually the problem is solved!

Not only did I receive my package in a timely manner but Holly was such a great help in customer service! I reached out in regards to a missing item out of my order. Next day delivery SLA is 4 days
Paid for next day delivery on Sunday, order arrived following Thursday. Requested return for postage advised unable to refund as there policy is 1-2 days for next day delivery. Absolute joke, terrible customer service. Do not recommend and will never purchase again
