All the staff are great in Unipipe
All the staff are great in Unipipe, from the office to the warehouse and the Service engineers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Matt has great story's to tell ;-).
They are all genuinely interested in your project whether it’s small or big and most of all want to help you get it right the first time!
I am particularly happy with their ground screws product, they are so easy to install.

The engineer who called was excellent. He explained many features of the heat pump which I didn't understand. He was very patient and courteous. (I think his name was John.)

Very happy with my experience
Very happy with my experience. This was the first time that my NIBE heatpump was serviced and everything was well done. Jack was punctual, friendly, professional and tidy. He explained what was involved and showed me what he was doing and even showed me the condition of the filter that we was cleaning. Happy to recommend Unipipe.
