Matt is an amazing service engineer. Explains everything so well and friendly too. Takes the time to show you how settings etc. work and best optimises the machine to your benefit. Genuinely I always recommend Unipipe. It’s a rare thing these days to come across companies that care about their customers and products. Matt deserves a significant pay rise!

If you are looking for a new or indeed a replacement Heat Pump, don't look any further than Unipipe,
and Nibe.
We originally had a different brand of heat pump, a German company, and spent the entire Winter just gone without any heating whatsoever. This original heat pump and more importantly this company let us down in ways too lengthy to go into here.
I contacted Nibe to see if they could help, and had a phone call from Nick at Unipipe within about 20 minutes.
They did their best to help and advise me to resolve my issues with the previous manufacturer, never pushing their own product but always trying to help me to get my situation resolved.
When it became apparent to me that this would not happen, I had no hesitation in choosing Unipipe and Nibe for my replacement heat pump, and so far I have no regrets in my decision whatsoever.
Any dealings that I have had with Unipipe and Nick have been courteous, prompt, polite and efficient, this could not be more different to my experiences with my previous heat pump manufacturer.
My only regret is that I didn't find Unipipe when I was doing my original renovation, as it was a rushed decision with insufficient research on my behalf.
If you are reading this review, then please learn from my experience, waste no more time looking at other companies, and go with Unipipe. You won't regret it.
