This company also operates under another name, Hitrentacar.com Antakya, on some booking platforms. We made a reservation because the advertised rental price was very low.
Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, we were picked up approximately 50 minutes later than the agreed time and then driven to their office located around 15 km from the airport.
At the office, we were informed that we had to purchase additional insurance for €230, otherwise the car could not be rented. This mandatory charge was not clearly disclosed during the booking process.
When we refused the extra insurance, the company refused to take us back to the airport. We had to pay for a taxi ourselves and arrange a new rental with another supplier.
Very disappointing experience. Be careful and make sure you understand all additional charges before booking.
