The case is chipping after a couple months of normal use. Looks cool I guess but it doesn’t do what I bought it for; to protect my laptop. It also doesn’t fit my laptop fully so it always pops off when opening my laptop lid.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the matte case for my MacBook Pro 14" for several reasons:

• Material Issues: The case shows fingerprints that are impossible to clean, making it look constantly dirty.
• Weight Increase: It adds 15% to the weight of my laptop, which is significant for portability.
• False Advertising: The color is not black as advertised.
• Build Quality: The texture feels flimsy and cheap.

The return process has been a nightmare. I contacted customer service requesting a return, but instead of providing a return label, they sent instructions on how to clean the fingerprints. After reiterating my desire to return the product, I was told that fingerprints don’t indicate a defect and was denied a return.

Their website policy makes returns nearly impossible. You can’t return items if the box is opened—how else would I discover the weight, texture, and color discrepancies? Even if a return is accepted, they charge a 15% restocking fee and don’t cover return shipping, making the process financially pointless.

The website seems shady, filled with overly positive reviews but no place for real customers like me to share honest feedback. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

I purchased a Matte MacBook Case from Uniqfind, and it has been the worst case I’ve ever owned. The matte finish constantly accumulates visible marks that are extremely difficult to clean, even after following their detailed instructions. When I asked for an exchange days after using the product, my request was declined, forcing me to replace the case after just two months. Extremely disappointed with both the product and customer service—would not recommend.

It doesn't fit properly even though it's the correct size for my computer the Apple doesn't line up with the apple on my MacBook Pro. I've been trying to return it to them and I continue to get the runaround. I finally got them to agree to send me a return label and they sent me a label that was addressed to myself and then they went dark. I've threatened to co tact the Better Business Bureau... which I'm going to do now.. and I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card do not buy from this company.

Cases are beautiful and ergonomic but the quality is horrible and expensive. I purchased my first case and loved the design, within a month i noticed cracks on the case. They sent me a replacement which I was grateful for.
However i noticed that each time i put my laptop in the padded sleeve of my work bag, the case chipped or a new crack occurred.
The material is horrible and the case is too expensive, to be of such cheap build quality. I hope Uniqfind can try to invest in sturdier materials for their cases
