I love the cover. Different from all the others I have used.

I paid about $50 for a MacBook case from this company. After a month of regular use it started to crack. Soon after I requested a replacement. After much back and forth I finally was able to get a replacement but had to pay a shipping fee again. After another few months the second case started to crack as well. I realized it was not a one time issue but the quality of the cases that are poor and prone to cracking. I threw it away and got a much less expensive case from Amazon which is much better in quality. I would not recommend this company for its products or customer service!

Ordered the Mac book case in February. It’s been 7 months and it’s falling apart. It started breaking itself after 1 or 2 months. Biggest scam! I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing it. Be careful with those pretty instagram scam ads.

I would give zero stars but It will not let you write a review then. Terrible company! Will not help you at all! Paid for express delivery and package was still delivered late. They would not refund the difference. The item was the wrong size and you have to pay to return to Canada. A 60 + 10 dollar(xtra for fast delivery) item would have cost 78.00 dollars to return. I wish I could stop payment on my credit card! Do not buy from this company!!!

DO NOT buy from these guys! As others have written, ordering from the U.S. is especially tough because you will have to pay the shipping fee yourself if you opt to return.

I bought one of their matte MacBook Pro cases. Garbage product. Broke trying to get the damn thing out of the plastic it came in. Not only was the case flimsy but it had a strange felt-like texture that was not at all like the matte finish that was advertised. Now stuck with shards of case and no recompense.

Case looked great but absolutely fell apart over the next 6 months. Two of the rubber feet came off and soon after every single one of the corners started chipping away leaving sharp edges that eventually scratched me pretty bad and left my MacBook unprotected. I thought I was buying a high quality product but that just isn't true.

Would not really recommend.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Do not buy if you’re in the US and think there is any chance you may have to return your item. Their return policy states “To make a return or exchange, please contact us as soon possible. Uniqfind will then walk you through the steps to do so.”

Once you email them, that’s when they tell you that you need to pay to send the return to Canada (even though the item itself was shipped to me from New York) which costs almost the same as the item itself. There is zero reason they can’t be upfront about this on their website, instead of telling you to email them for next steps. When I expressed my displeasure to customer service, they were completely unbothered and just said “I’m afraid there’s not much more I can do here, hope you understand.”

Deceptive, shady company. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t purchase from this company if you are in the US. Any return has to be done as an international return which will cost you almost the full amount you paid for the product. I am upset and disappointed. Had I realized a return would be so costly I never would have made the purchase. Their return policy is deceptive and unclear.

Do not buy the clear transparent skin, I just got a mac book air, dark color, and it looks horrendous, streaky, and not at all smooth on the laptop I actually had to just take it off. I originally bought it because I did not want a case on my laptop. Do not waste your money, it looks weird.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Bought this MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE cover for my MacBook Air. It was advertised as being superior to the less expensive versions...IT LASTED ONE MONTH BEFORE IT WAS BREAKING (without it ever leaving my office). Company replaced it...upon replacement receipt, signs of blemishes and small scratches were evident. Called to complain and was informed:
"We have a 3-point inspection process before each product leaves our facility. It's very unlikely we would ship a product in this condition.
Unfortuantely we have already provided one replacement. We are not able to provide another one.

We bought Uniqfind case for 15" Macbook Air. Just by itself, no drops, case got crack on the corner and rubber glued stands fell off. They replaced case, but same issue again in month or two. We contacted them but they said that nothing they can do. Don't spend your hard money at this company. Buy more reputable high quality brand for same $50.

If I could give 0 star I would. I bought TWO matte hard cases and both cracked and chipped in 3 months. I contacted customer service and they said it happens with normal wear and tear. I argued that I had bought similar cases from amazon for less than half of what they are charging and no resolution, just empty apologies. I recommend buying from Amazon as it lasts way longer and a lot more durable for a more affordable price. I also want to note that they do not have the option to write a review on their website. You have to get an email to write a review so all the "good reviews" they have are selected from people who have had good experiences but based on what I'm reading here, I'm not the only one who has experienced quality issues. Also for those of you buying from Canada and paying USD, they are ripping you off. I bought from them when they were just starting their business, they even offered pick up at Liberty Village. I called them out on charging USD when they are a Canadian based company and they gave me CAD pricing. They just want your money. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

WORTHLESS!! I paid 50 dollars for a product that cracked and chipped off within the first two months of sitting at a desk connected to a monitor. When I contacted customer service, they said it was from "impact over time." The cheap 15$ cases from Amazon would have lasted longer.

I purchased a hardshell case for my new MacBook Air from Uniqfind last year, when it arrived I was pleased with the way it looked and it did fit the computer well.
However the first crack appeared on one of the corners after just a couple of weeks and now a few months on it is totally unusable and the clips that hold it onto the computer have almost all snapped off. My computer is mainly used at home and not at all for work so gets very little light use. My previous Mac had a hardshell case from Incase and it is as good today as the day I bought it so my advice is to avoid Uniqfind and buy from Incase or anyone else with good reviews. I contacted the Uniqfind customer service team suggesting that it was too brittle and not fit for purpose and they just said "we do not offer replacements for cases damaged from regular use" surely the whole point of a protective case is to protect in regular use??
I will never use them again and I would urge you to use one of the many other companies available!
