No idea how you are still trading!
I placed an order on the 21st, standard delivery stated 3-5 days. Still no sign of my order and no response to NUMEROUS methods of attempted contact.
Managed to find a number this morning, been told I will be called back, which I don't believe.
I am serious when I tell you I will take you to court over this, which will go in my favour as you have fraudulently obtained money from me. There will be legal fees on top also. Disgraceful 'company'.

only part of the order delivered
I ordered 4 dresses. For some, they wrote to me in a few days that they were unavailable, which I understand, the money was returned to me. So three dresses were supposed to come, but only two came. Without a refund, etc. mainly I need them all and I will definitely not order them again with such an expensive postage to the Czech Republic... I haven't had an answer to my complaint for a week now...
