It practically left us speechless! The photos of this beautiful jewel "the fable" were already impressive, but the reality was breathtaking.
This century-old house had been renovated and furnished with so much attention to detail that we felt at home from the very first moment.

A feeling of personalised luxury from start to end - the whole booking process with staff dedicated to your booking and venue, only an email or a call away for whatever is needed. Every detail was taken care of. The venue was fabulous, each bedroom was top quality comfort, homely and welcoming. The owners gave it their personal touch, meeting us when we arrived and when we left, as well as a welcome hamper with home made treats. None of us wanted to leave!

We had a fantastic weekend in Scarlet Hall for a friends and family birthday gathering. Our group consisted of late teens/young adults, as well as us more mature folk, and there was plenty to do around the house, pool and barn to keep us all entertained. The house was stunning, you will not be disappointed. It’s designed beautifully, with an eye for detail and equipped with all you should need. The owners, whom were friendly and helpful, had set the house up with some lovely touches. The homemade brownies were a big hit.
The booking and deposit refund went very smoothly. We definitely want to go back.

We have only so far booked with Unique Homestays but Gemma Horton was a brilliant agent. The property we wanted was out of our price range and most agents would leave it at that. But Gemma followed up diligently and asked us what our budget was and over the weekend came up with some brilliant options, one of which we have now booked. She was an excellent agent who came up with great recommendations so thank you!

I love the properties offered by unique homestays. However, even after feeding back on several occasions about the need for accessibility information, the company has not responded and has not provided a filter to search for a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. In this day and age, it really is a need and is something they could do fairly easily. Lots of other holiday companies do! It’s such a shame as, apart from this, the customer service is excellent.

Our family loved the stay at Elissa. We stayed at the property for a long weekend during the cold January winter days. It's been very cosy and comfortable with the fireplace and the warm hot tub. Our kids loved to ring the bell when entering the property. The communication with Unique Homestays as well as the local hosts was timely and helpful. We can truly recommend to stay at Elissa.

What a wonderful, warm and welcoming home this was! Both house and garden have been carefully and tastefully developed to provide a beautiful harmonious haven. Just about everything that could make us feel at home and taken care of was provided. The owners’ attention to detail shows a generosity of spirit which was much appreciated. The booking process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and quick to address any questions we had.

Enquired about a stay for may next year for a week with the family, the properties look incredible, the unique home stay team were helpful, especially Kelly, plenty of information about the properties and she even told us about things to do while we are there including the best restaurants for us.
I couldn’t recommend Kelly and her team enough.

Our stay at River House in the Roseland Peninsula was perfect! It is in the most stunning location and the views are out of this world. The house is very modern but also very comfortable, with everything you could ask for. It is perfect for a family get together or just two couples. Simone at Unique Homestays could not have been more helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed with Unique Homestays on many occasions now and in my opinion, they are the best out there if you are looking for something special and a bit of luxury. Looking forward to our next holiday with them!

This was our first time using Unique Homestays and definitely the first of many to come! We used Unique Homestays to book a special and unique property for a work celebration and our stay was in the beautiful Cotswolds. The property and location were both absolutely stunning and left us all spellbound. It was the perfect property for a celebration as it was truly special and luxurious with every detail carefully considered both inside as well as outside with all the wonderful amenities and facilities on offer. The owners were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure our time there was magical and memorable. Needless to say, Hannah from Unique Homestay was great too and kept us up to date on all matters from booking and through to our stay. As all their properties look utterly amazing we can’t wait to book again in the future.

Atlanta was situated in a perfect spot overlooking Whitsand bay. The property was furnished and designed to a very high standard which afforded us the luxury and comfort we needed for a very relaxing and comfortable break away.

The property we stayed in matched the photographs and the location description. The welcome had extra elements which enhanced our first impressions. The welcome food basket/fridge items were practical and appreciated. We felt relaxed in the house, it was homely. It was within easy car journeys to the coast and Salisbury. Local walks were most enjoyable.
