Been trying to contact this company for more than 1 month. First tried sending email to their email account and then one month later, tried using their website contact form. These guys don’t even have the decency to make contact. Why would you charge £100’s for a sim if a genuine customer can’t even make contact with you and enquire. Furthermore, they have an 0845 number and not all mobile contracts allow connection to this number. You sell all these numbers and you can’t even add a working mobile number as main contact or even an office line

Like many people, I was sceptical if uniquesims would be able to provide a custom number for prices shown on their website. I dropped them an email initially asking if the prices were correct and got a response within a day confirming they were.
I read some of the more recent reviews here, all looked favourable, so decided to place an order for a vanity phone number. Similar numbers to the one I requested were going for up to £1000 on an online auction site. The process altogether took about a week, but I now have exactly the number I requested ported onto my own contract. And for a 10th of the price some other websites were quoting.
Could not recommend highly enough. Bravo.

Unique SIMs and I got off to a bad start, 3 requests and no response. But then Bren got in touch to explain the situation and put thing right. And things did get put right, I now have my own custom number on a 3 SIM, all genuine and above board. Service is quite a bit slower than advertised, so 1 star off there, but once Bren contacted me customer service was excellent.

I feel I have to leave a review as the service received was excellent and the best value I could find. I must admit I was slightly nervous given some of the reviews, but I ordered on a bank holiday Monday, automated updates started on the Tuesday and I had a PAC by Thursday and physical SIM by Friday, it actually took my service provider longer to move the number over that it did for me to receive it from Unique SIMs.

Ordered a sim from Unique Sims, the communication with Bren was great. In the end due to personal issues I asked if I could cancel my order and within a day, a full refund was back in my account. Very impressed. Thanks.

I am not one who usually posts reviews, however felt that Unique Sims deserved praise to offset some of the less positive reviews...

Having been somewhat wary about this company, looking at the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I purchased a premium number from them, as they appeared to have the best deals around (this led me to be suspicious that they were 'too good to be true!')

My paranoia was misplaced, however - Their service and product were 100% - the number was even better than I had expected and the sim arrived within the expected 10 working days as advertised.

Emails questioning the expected time to arrival were handled quickly and professionally.

Excellent Service from Bren. Prompt & delivered exactly what was promised in a reasonable timescale & at a price which was drastically cheaper than other companies. Very impressed & would highly recommend.

I must apologise for my last review. It took two weeks but I have now received my new mobile number and it cost about half what some other companies wanted. I am now very happy with Uniquesims.

Not a recent experience but just want it noted that I can't believe these fraudsters are stil in business three years on from stealing my money. They are clearly writing all the five star reviews themselves.

Great service, I was first in doubt with all the bad reviews here but then a friend of mine assured me that he has bought some sims from this site before so I took the risk. Honest company, I spoke to them and they said I will get the sim within a week and that's exactly what happened. They always answered the contact number on their website also when I called. Will definitely be recommending them to many people and will do more business with them in the future.

THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!! My colleague and I have now both reported this company and individual to the police after he took our money and then gave us fake PAC numbers, which is his new way of selling. Now his mobile number is unrecognised if called but he gets texts. You can find this individual quite easily if you use companies house and the correct spelling of his name !!
Please do not give this company or individual anymore money.

I recently bought a number from Unique Sims. The number took a couple of weeks to arrive. Customer service was responsive enough. They got the number I wanted and the price was fair so I can't complain really.
I read some of the reviews online and was a bit apprehensive about buying but I paid with Visa card so if the number didnt arrive at least I could get a refund.

Once I’d decided on my desired number, it took a couple of days for the various options to be verified. I was then emailed with them and left to make my final choice.

Once I’d done this, I received my SIM within a week and was up and running soon after that. Bren was always available to answer any queries along the way and the whole experience was really smooth and trouble free. I’d highly recommend this to anyone wanting to purchase an easy to remember and unique mobile number for life!.

Hopeless from start to finish total waste of time, the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of ordering off. Choose your No, they email an allocation confirmation and it’s a Mickey Mouse email then you wait and wait then wait, you can phone a doddgy mobile No that’s never answeredso you wait. You then after a month check your account from the mickey website to be advised “order cancelled”,idiots just don’t waste your time and money shop elsewhere. No accounts lodged at Companies House

Nearly 8 months on and still no SIM card, refund or even a response - this company is a crock of s**t
