I ordered two SIMs from this company on the 10th February 2017 at a cost of £190.00 no response either via email or phone - no-one bothered to pick up. I then found out they cancelled my order without notifying me. This is the worst company i have ever ordered from - never again. If you value your money and time do not order, there are other more reputable companies online that provide a better service. Luckily i paid via PayPal and opened up a dispute.
The words Poor, Useless and Rubbish are words that are too good to use on this company :-(

21 days and no SIM!
This company's website claims that orders will be processed and despatched the same day. 21 days later and it has not arrived. I spoke to them on the phone about 10 days ago and was instructed it should be with me at the beginning of the following week which it wasn't. Having read the other reviews on Trustpilot I have opened a Paypal dispute. Really unacceptable service and dishonest timescale on website!

No problem here!
Ordered a Sim from them, took 10 days to complete. Had to email though to see what was going on as I had not heard anything since I placed the order other than the confirmation. Looking around on other sites it takes an average of ten days to complete so this was about right. Got my Sim and called m,y operator, don't need a PAC code if it's the same provider, they can just transfer it over. Initially spoke to Bren' on the phone who was very helpful. Got an email apologizing for the delay, busy before xmas etc.

0 stars - shoddy, unreliable and waste of time
This was a complete waste of time. Paid over £100 for a "unique sim". I received nothing. Not even an email. Excuse after excuse, illness, hospital, wife emailed and "wasn't soo sure" it's all bullsh1t - this is a scam website site happy to take your money and sweet f-a.
Avoid this site and "bren", "Brendan" or "Carole" I suggest you go get a real job in poundland and stop wasting everyones time.

Ordered SIM card via their website, nothing delivered after 2 weeks
Ordered a SIM card from their website. They took my money and sent an email confirmation, then nothing for 2 weeks. They failed to reply to emails and phone messages.
The phone number listed just goes dead sometimes.
I suspect this company is operating some sort of fraudulent activity or scam.
Stay well clear.
