So pleased with the finished look, we’ll be back…
We had previously bought some lino for our two showered rooms so we were more than happy to go back to the store to look at carpets. We popped in a couple of times to decide on the upstairs carpet and fitting as we hadn’t decided what we wanted to do.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and were very patient as we weighed up our options. In the end we chose to have the same carpet throughout and opted for their fitting service.
Matt came out to measure and later that day we booked a date for the fitting.
Blake did a brilliant job and we’re extremely happy with the end result.
We’ll definitely be back when we’ve finished refurbishing downstairs and are ready for more flooring.

So helpful in the store. Allowed time to look but discuss too. Once decided soon calculated what we needed. Ordered and delivered as expected. Fitted extremely well despite the challenges of reduced space and so many doors. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service 10/10
Fantastic help in store, I was unsure of when I could be at home and was sorted out with an even closer date to what I had imagined, installation was 100% perfect and a very friendly fitter too.

Happy with carpet, but ….
Happy with the carpet and the underlay. The fitter did not arrive until 1800 hrs and left leaving the doors unshuttable . This meant getting another tradesman the next day.

Brilliant Boston Branch
We popped into the Boston branch today for some flooring ideas for our kitchen. Ash was so helpful. Ash talked through some ideas with us and gave us some quotes. Ash was very attentive but not pushy. We ended up buying some flooring and Ash arranged to have a fitter fit the flooring the following week so in time for Christmas. I can’t fault the service we received.

Brilliant! Would highly recommend!
My visit was initially to get an idea an idea of cost for laminate flooring. The team were so helpful without being pushy.
Matthew priced up several options for us and the price for a good quality laminate-underlay and door bars was well within our price range. I ask for fitting costs and was not only given the price range, was also given available dates.
Because I had all the information I decided to buy and arrange fitting there and then, rather than a return visit which I had planned.
I am so happy with the end result, the fitting was to a very high standard and the fitter was professional and very friendly.
I cannot find fault with the overall service and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Appalling product and shocking customer…
Appalling product and shocking customer service
We bought luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring from United Carpets in March 2022 for £2,150, supplied and fitted by them. Within just two years it started turning bright green.
We reported this in December 2024 and spent almost a year chasing a response. When they finally replied in October 2025, our claim was dismissed. They blamed “UV light” despite the problem starting in winter, and despite the fact that everything else in the same sunlight – our blinds, kitchen worktops, table and mats – remains perfect.
The product is poor quality, the excuses are ridiculous, and the aftersales support is non-existent. For the price and promises made, this is totally unacceptable.
United Carpets refuse to take responsibility or stand by their products. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
