Happy with the instore service and the product, only thing not scoring a 5 was because we got different style trims at the doors, one of which has gripperods all over it, thought these could have been made to match.

We have used united before and will again. It was a shame that even after showing the fitter proof that we had paid to have all the waste and rubbish removed he refused to take it meaning a tip run for me. He also fitted a new door plate over the new laminate and the door cannot be closed, he didn’t mention this and we found out later, I understand door planning is not included but wouldn’t expect to need this swapping one laminate for another and then not to be told, hopefully these details can be fed back to the fitter for future improvements.

Fantastic. Very friendly while in the store, helped with choices (did not point me to the most expensive carpet).
From choosing the carpet to having it fitted, easy, not stressful and would highly recommended. I will be buying from here for the other rooms as needed when the time comes.

The service was excellent from ordering…
The service was excellent from ordering my carpet to the fitting on the day, my only gripe is I was told the fitters would take away the old carpet and paid £40 for the service only to be told on the day by the fitters that they don’t remove old carpets so I’m not sure what I paid for,if it was for the offcuts from the new carpet £40 is a bit much as they only had to remove a few thin strips of carpet.

Excellent service. Fitter did a great job in living room laying my lovely laminate flooring. Fast, efficient and friendly. Laminate great price, lots to choose from. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Firstly the advice given from the staff & also the main boss was all taken on board by myself and it was Absolutely Spot on,So Thankyou for helping and all the options put to myself, So after a few months of saving i went back to pay for all my carpets and vinyl, and they booked a time, came and did the job, Totally satisfied and very happy with the cost & especially the quality of Everything, Also the fitting is Absolutely Fantastic, no problems at all, I would definitely use these guys again.
