Poor.
Not that happy with the bedroom carpet, the sample in the shop didn't leave any marks when rubbed but it's totally different now it's fitted , the carpet is Camden, wouldn't buy again, it shows every footprint and hoover marks.

Our Camden carpet is a twist pile carpet and therefore robust so shouldn't have as much pile movement as a saxony or soft carpet.
Our samples in-store are 18inch by 27 inch and therefore would not leave any prints or marks as it is a small piece of carpet.

Great service and quality
Went to United carpets due to their reputation and they didn't disappoint.
The sales staff were great, approachable and not pushy. Answered all questions we had and did not try to sell anything we did not require.

Great service, friendly people….but……
Lovely people, great service and would happily use again but the only thing holding me back is the fact that after 5 attempts to resolve, we still have tram lines on our landing stairs and are no nearer to getting it sorted.

Great
Flooring I purchased was herringbone. Wonderful looks amazing. The carpet was layed and fitted to perfection.
I had a small problem with the floor kept moving but they sorted it and now it's perfect.

Great experience from beginning to end
The sales person was very friendly and knowledgable and dealt with our purchase very efficiently . The lovely chap who came to measure confirmed our choice of carpet was appropriate and despite saying it may be 2 weeks before we could arrange fitting, we received a call within the week to arrange a date. The fitting was quick and completed to a high standard. All in all a great service.

Great carpet fantastic quality for the price staff were amazing very helpful and pleasant the shop is very easy to walk around everything was priced and clearly marked up clean and tidy shop we also got free fitting which made that so much earlier it has made such a big difference to the living room very warm and cosy
