Affordable carpet which was fitted well…
Affordable carpet which was fitted well and on the day I'd arranged
The only downside was that I got a different carpet to the one I ordered. Wanted graphite (almost black with flecks) but got a block colour mid to light grey. I checked the job after it was done and I'd already given the fitters their money. Luckily it matches the decor otherwise I would have had to go back. Lesson to check before its fitted next time.

Decent choice…
Going into the shop was a good experience, lots of choice.Hsd to wait 2 months for it to be fitted. The fitting isn't the best as carpet came up from 2 bedroom doors and some of the steps on the stairs where the corners are coming up already.This was decent carpet so disappointing to say the least .

The floor fitter was rude and damaged the wall
The floor fitter was very rude. I made them both a coffee and it was left split all down the wall and window cill but he went and sat in the van after the job before I could pull him in it. The wall was damaged as the metal corner strip was pulled off during fitting and again nothing was said, they just left. They want laying off really
