Great service Ellesmere port branch
We phoned to request a visit from a representative to measure for stairs and landing carpet. We had looked on the website for the carpet we wanted. The gentleman I spoke to came out that very morning. Measured up and phoned us back within the day with a very acceptable quote. He was a very pleasant man, friendly but very professional.

Great service from the start till the end, didn't have a clue what I needed for my flat. Chap was warm, knowledgeable and most important honest! Gave me his and others opinions based on my flat. Ordered and gave me a discount. Carpets were fitted in 5 days and 9am as agreed due to work commitments - fantastic so pleased and my kids love them as soft to play and draw on.

Cushion flooring for bathroom
The buying of the cushion floor was very good in the shop could not fault them. It was bought for my 83 year old dad’s bungalow. The fitter should be ashamed of how he fitted it though. It was cut too short at the door and also on an angle. It does not even fit under the brass trim.

The fitter left the place in a mess
The fitter left the place in a mess. Off cuts everywhere, screws and nails. He even left the cupboard door off its hinges. No pride in his work and was miffed as he had to go to another job, rushed mine , and couldn’t wait to get out. We came back to a tip not a nice fresh carpet !!

Rob at Ellesmere Port store was fantastic even though I had a lot of questions and bugging him a lot he was always accommodating and helpful, the fitters were also extremely helpful, polite and amazing at their job!
