we gave the manager the wrong size but he sorted it. i was not impressed with the hole in the second one which was damaged in transit but he sorted that as well. the carpet fitters where A1 and when i deckerate the 2 bedrooms i will visit your shop

2nd time I've
2nd time ive used this shop,i ordered a carpet for my autistic sons room,they were due to fit it in a 3week period,on the day the manufacturer failed to order my carpet and said it would be another 3weeks,the guy in the shop invited me down the same day,gave me a much better carpet and a lot dearer than the one i picked,it was delivered and fitted the next morning, what an excellent customer service, they have now done my whole house except one room,which they'll be doing,excellent service, nice people,

Dubious vinyl flooring experience
We bought some vinyl flooring for our new kitchen. The product arrived poorly wrapped and on opening contained severe production faults. The shop were great and quickly organised replacement. However the replacement was damaged at the edges presumably by a packing knife and had a puncture in the main area. We managed to use it (just) by very careful trimming and good luck in the cut outs from the shape of the room. Did a review on trust pilot and United Carpets asked us to contact them directly. However they then just didn't respond.
