Visited the Boothery road store after visiting a different carpet shop to see if they had something similar. Ray couldn’t have been anymore helpful if he tried, nothing was to much and is a credit to the Boothery road store. We visited the Boothferry road store in Hull today to buy a new bed. We were served by a a guy called Jay who was polite and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and frames. I was able to try out several different beds before settling on one that seemed a good balance of quality & price. Not only that but they also provide a good recycling service whereas some other local stores we tried did not. We’d definitely recommend giving them a visit!

The whole experience was great from start to finish with the added bonus of the carpet being delivered and fitted the very next day.

Bought lounge carpet

Hi I went into the boothferry road…
Hi, we went to the Boothferry road branch in search of a new matress, Ray the assistant was experienced in his knowledge of all the different types of mattresses on offer. He listened carefully to our needs and spent a lot of time explaining what the mattress features were. We were totally happy with his recommendation after trying several mattress and purchased the one we found most comfortable and suited our needs. He did explain the waiting time for delivery, which we were happy to wait for the right mattress for us. We found we had a really good experience and hopefully the mattress will be ideal for our needs when delivered. Thankyou for your great customer service.
