the gentleman (named Craig) helped us choose a bedroom carpet and bathroom lino. He was really helpful, talking us through the various options and prices. I will definitely be returning as its local to me aswell as recieving a top quality service.

Rang the store this morning regarding how to measure carpet for the stairs spoke to a gentleman named ray

He ask me to send a video of them and the room with measurements and we could go from there

Sent message as requested and he came back to me within minutes with a price two hours later went to store to view the carpet as pictures and purchase it all at the same time.

We bought our carpet from the branch in Hull. The costumer service was good however everything in me tells me we were cheated, they came to do the measurements, calculated the square metre themselves, we ended with a ridiculous price but we were desperate to get the job done quickly, so we could not complain. The carpet fitter also asked for his payment separately but it was supposed to be free fitting?? Apparently his pay was deducted from the cost of the carpet, I do not believe this in anyway. The carpet fitter cut the carpet in a ridiculous way, he left so many off cut, in my opinion could have fitted another room but he probably wanted to make it look like the carpet could only cover the area we bought it for.
I would never use the carpet company again and would not recommend it.

Ray was particularly helpful in advising us of the type of carpet we required for the room we were doing. Great service received from the Boothferry Road store in Hull, popped in the weekend before Christmas to sort out a carpet for our lounge, to be fitted end of January and got a lovely carpet at a great price on a Christmas special. Ray and his colleague in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful and a sale was quickly agreed on a buy now pay later deal, inv number 87260.

Everyone was very helpful and gave full instructions on how to measure the carpets. Warm, helpful and friendly staff.

Bought two lovely carpets for dining room and hallway and landing, would definitely use again.

Both guys who served us were so friendly and went above and beyond for us, one of them even came to measure all three rooms on the spot because we managed to mess up the messurements.
They always say build repore with customers and they will end up coming back, we are eventually going to do the whole house because of how efficient, helpful and lovely the guys were!
Can't wait for the fitting now!
Prices were good in there too, lots of off cuts and various styles and colours!

From walking in the door at the Boothferry Road store Hull, I found very helpful and polite staff. Ray was absolutely amazing and his help invaluable! There was so much to choose from and such a massive range of colours but he guided me with his expert knowledge of what was needed for my lounge, from depth of capets and different underlay. I visited the store 3 times and on every occasion I was greeted in a happy and cheerful manner by all the staff. Highly recommended store.
