Very helpful staff in the shop
Very helpful staff in the shop, not pushy at all which is what I like. We explained it would be a few months before we could have the flooring laid due to having a damp course carried out and they had no problem with that. We arranged to have their fitters to lay cushion floor and herringbone laminate and both sets of fitters were amazing, arrived on time and did a great job. We’d moved some of the furniture but the fitters took care of the lifting of other furniture that we couldn’t move out of the way. Really good experience all around and we would definitely use them again and recommend them based on our experience.

Excellent service start to finish
Service excellent from start to finish. The lady in the shop was very pleasant and showed me a huge variety of carpets as I was so overwhelmed when I went into store.
The guy was also brilliant and gave us a discount on the carpets on top of the sale which was already on. We knew there would be a delay in us being able to fit the carpets as we still had decorating etc to do and they were stored for me until I was ready at no extra cost.
Today the man and young lad that came to fit the carpets for me were very pleasant, quick and an excellent job, even had to help me move a sofa out of the living room to work around and did it without hesitation.
Would definitely use again! Thank you.
