I rang nearest branch at Ilkeston re new mattress. They hadn't the one in stock that I'd seen online but suggested I ring round. Rang Hartley Road branch in Nottingham who had the mattress, took my payment online and delivered next day to Awsworth ( approx 7miles).

The delivery was not so great I got the impression that they were running late and tried to dump and run I had to remind them of the fact that we had paid to build the bed.They agreed under duress not the best service.

Marian and her team were great. They are patient sociable funny and well informed. There is a wide selection of carpets across their price range and the fitters they have are curtious professional and helpful.
I have been to the shop 3times and have not been disappointed once, my home has been transformed.

We had a stair carpet fitted. The fitter turned up on time, was very efficient but though we were not told that he would leave the excess carpet, underlay and packaging, which we were not happy about and meant an unexpected trip to the tip
