Excellent customer service from start to finish
From our initial enquiry in store to the installation of the laminate flooring yesterday our experience with United Carpets & Beds has been excellent.
The staff in the Pontefract store were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and helped guide us to the product that we wanted, without employing heavy handed sales tactics. My wife and I felt no pressure to buy the flooring there and then, something that cannot be said of other flooring providers we had experienced.
The team quickly arranged our fitting date and the communication leading up to the installation date was very good. We knew who the fitter would be and the time etc. and the actual fitter rang us the day before to check everything was still convenient to attend.
The installation went without a hitch and Billy worked tirelessly in a very warm conservatory. The attention to detail and level of workmanship was second to none and the finished flooring with a herringbone pattern looks better than we had hoped for and finishes off our new conservatory brilliantly.
From start to finish our experience with United Carpets has been excellent and the level of service provided by the Pontefract branch is 5 stars and I would highly recommend them.

Generous school donation
Very helpful staff. I went in to see if they could donate some astroturf for a reading corner at the school l teach at. They were very generous and I appreciated it very much. I will definitely be recommending them and shopping with them in future.
