I always felt like the representatives, especially Joy, were engaged and understanding when I had concerns. My move was complex with household items and a pet relocation at the same time. I would recommend United to anyone and should I need to move again, I will defiantly use them.

My dog Taurus arrived safe and sound after traveling far& long time. Good organisation and communication from start to finish.

Joy was simply amazing! From start to finish. And the people collecting and delivering my dog seemed lovely. Although Bella’s bed was soaking wet from her pee when she arrived, I’m sure that this was because of the very long journey, and she still seemed happy and relaxed when she arrived. Joy, thank you again! You made this, what I thought was going to be very stressful, experience very easy. JP

I recently used this company for our two furry friends to move to another country, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment khun joy started to assist us , we were greeted with warm smiles, and my pet was treated like royalty.she was very attentive and took the time to answer all our questions. They made sure to listen to our concerns and provided helpful suggestions to ensure the best care for our dogs.
The team of professionals at this company clearly loves what they do and has years of expertise in caring for pets. They showed genuine care and affection towards our two dogs which put me at ease knowing that my furry friend were in good hands.(they event sent pictures/videos when they were picked up to ensure they are good and safe).
I was impressed with their flexible scheduling and competitive pricing. The cost was reasonable, and the services provided were worth every penny.

Joy and her team are superb! I flew my 2 English bulldogs from Thailand to SFO. I was so scared to fly them but Joy reassured me and found the best possible solution to help me bring them home.

I worked with Joy for over 1 year and she was always so nice and patient with me, answering all the questions I had. Before I finally made the decision to send them.

The trip was an absolute success! Her team was extremely professional throughout and did everything to help me along the way.

Jimmy finally made it to Australia safe and sound , it was a long 2 month journey but she came thru it fine, Joy at Pet Express handled the whole relocation with transparency, honesty and great communication, she really cared about my dog and her journey and I cant thank her enough :)

I needed to transport our 70lb/30kg Doberman from
California to Thailand. I reached out to United Pet Express in Bangkok to help me make this happen. There were many steps to making this long journey. First my boy was picked up in a pet transport van with a kind and competent driver and transported 5 hours to a clean and professional kennell where he spent 4 days to get all the USDA vet paperwork sorted. Now to the airport where he boarded the plane for a 26 hour journey to Bangkok. I was very concerned as my dog is large and high spirited. When he arrived in Bangkok, United Pet Express was there to meet him and to take care with the Import office on this end. Finally he was driven to my pet friendly hotel in Bangkok I could not be more pleased or grateful for the way United Pet Express handled everything from A-Z. A special thanks to Joy for her professionalism, kindness and keeping me informed. Thank you and Kind Regards :)

The service provided by Joy and Alex was fantastic! They are very caring and thorough, keeping us in the loop regarding our doggies. Fully recommend their service to everybody as our doggies were well cared for and came to us relaxed and in perfect condition.

Our dog travelled from Bangkok to London with no issues! United Pet Express was the only local company we could find in Bangkok that would also coordinate the UK side of things. Very professional and quick to reply to emails.

I would like to thank especially Miss Joy for all her support during our little cat’s journey to Dubai from Bangkok.
She’s been very responsive and helpful with professional manner.
Hopefully we will see Fontok tomorrow evening as she is currently in a hotel here in Dubai.

United Pets gave us excellent service. It is no easy feat to transport pets internationally. In our case United Pets transport a puss from Thailand to Turkey. They arranged for an agent in Istanbul. We live in Antalya. The agent arranged to meet her at the airport in Istanbul and her delivery to us in Antalya. A door to door service. Many thanks to Joy Belle Lienado and Cengiz Summerman for their excellent service.

Brilliant service. They looked after our three boys so well and bought them to us exactly when expected and they were happy and healthy.

Moving pets during pandemic is not easy, especially to China where many restrictions were required. I contacted many agencies in Thailand but the ONLY one that can do this is United Pet Express. Khun Joy and team managed every steps very professional even though I am in rush to get this done before Chinese New Year. Now our cats are safe and very well taking care of. United Pet Express were professional, supportive and efficient, working within a very tight timeframe. They liaised with my pet transport company in Australia and, in only a couple of hours, had gathered all the necessary documents and details to ensure a swift and smooth customs/quarantine clearance for my two cats the following day. Joy kept me informed at every step and provided clear instructions about the collection process. She dispelled all my uncertainty and anxiety - I felt my cats and I were in safe hands. I cannot recommend United Pet Express highly enough to anyone needing to re-locate their pets.
