I had the crazy idea to adopt a cat in Thailand on Holiday at the beginning of the COVID pandemic and it has been a whirlwind journey to get the pet sorted for travel and then finally make the journey. United Pet Express has been brilliant in finding solutions in this crazy time and they united me with my pet when it seemed an almost impossible challenge. My contact person (Joy) was great at keeping communication open with excellent command of English and her care and understanding were really heartwarming. It is not a cheap service but I am so happy that I chose them and would do so again.

My family and I are living in Thailand for almost 5 years with our 2 Frenchies and just recently we decided to move back to Barcelona, Spain. But it was not an easy move because of our furbabies. I am so glad I came a crossed to this pet relocation company called UNITED PET EXPRESS! They were soooooo helpful esp. Joy! She is very kind and helped us a lot with the process. I highly recommend this company. They do not ask for any downpayment before they give you information about the process of moving unlike the other companies 🤮. We are very happy now that our furbabies are in Barcelona because this company made it possible 🙏🏻

I cannot say enough good things about this company and in particular, Joy. I worked for over a year to get my dog transported first from Cambodia to Fiji, and then to the US after the pandemic broke out. Joy was there every step of the way. It's scary handing your dog over to strangers on the other side of the globe, but Joy was responsive, communicative, sent me lots of photos and was just great all around. Highly recommended!

What can I say about this INCREDIBLE company! I have just returned from Thailand with my cat Cleo and I couldn't have done it without Joy ♥️ this woman is so wonderful and has supported me every step of the way.

I was supported thoroughly with the correct paperwork. No stone was left unturned. I even had a problem with my pets microchip and I was supported with this as well (even though it was the vets mistake).

I am eternally grateful for everything they have done. If I ever need help transporting an animal again this is the company I will use. I wouldn't trust anyone else ♥️

This was my first time having to relocate my two labrador retrievers and I am so thankful that I picked the right company with my first phone call. Due to the Covid-19 virus there where many changes to flight schedules which caused many ups and downs in trying to find a flight that meant our needs, that was the downside of the relocation but the bright upside was Joy who stuck with me and the relocation process all of the way. With all of the changes we had many phone calls and I'm sure close to 100 e-mails, this is to say that Joy always kept me informed as to where we were in the process and that was indeed a stress reliever. Anytime that I had a question Joy was available to answer it online or on the phone and for that I am greatful. It is always a plus to work with pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable and caring individuals and that is what I found with United Pet Express and you will too! Thank you Joy.

FRAUD ALERT!! THIS COMPANY TRIED GETTING ME TO PAY $750.00 FOR A AIR CONDITIONED CRATE. THERE IS NO SUCH THING! Got abusive when I refused to pay it. Would only take payment by western union or the cash app only!!!. I could not get a manager to call me back and The guy on the phone is the same one who responded to my emails. DO NOT USE THEM!!!.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE EXPERIENCE WITH UNITED PET EXPRESS WAS OUTSTANDING. WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT OUR PUP/PACO TRAVELING, ESPECIALLY ALONE. HE IS A SHIH TZU, AND AFTER HEARING SO MANY THINGS ABOUT AIRLINES NOT WANTING TO FLY THIS TYPE OF DOG, WE SEARCHED AND FOUND UNITED PET EXPRESS. WE WERE STILL WORRIED BUT IT ALL CAME TO A HAPPY ENDING. PACO ARRIVED IN ATLANTA, HE WAS CLEANED, HE WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITIONS, AND WE KNEW THAT HE HAD BEEN WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND PROVIDED THE INFORMATION TO OUR FRIENDS AND VETERINARY BACK IN THAILAND.

United Pet Express handled the Thailand leg of our Dog's journey and we could not have been happier. They sent photos of her as soon as they collected her in Bangkok airport and delivered her at home with good care. We are very happy with the service and we will use them when we move out of Thailand.

Very good service. United Pet Express managed everything in Bangkok while we were not there. Good information of the process. Good local partner for delivery at destination. Everything went very smoothly.

Moving pets is always stressful and logistically difficult. Joy was very efficient, a good communicator and I felt like my dog was in very good hands the entire time. I would absolutely use this company again if I needed to move my pets.

Joy and Numfon were excellent in sorting out everything to get my cat to Jakarta. They looked after him very well and even sent me photos of him during his journey so I could see that he was ok. I’d highly recommend them.

My experience with United Pet Express was excellent. I received all the necessary paperwork well in advance and was informed about every step of the process. The custom clearance of my cat at the airport went smooth (about an hour) and the cat (and I) were transported to my house in Bangkok. I highly recommend United Pet Express' professional service.

United Pet Express helped us with our pet move from Bangkok to Hong Kong and it was a great experience from start to finish.
Joy gave useful advice, checked all the documents and advised us of additional requirements which had to be in place before the transport could take place.
Quarantine period in HK went better than expected, even though it was a tough time without having our two dogs around for 4 months, and it was a lot of happiness and tears when the family were reunited!
I can not give enough praise to Joy and her team to assist us through this process! THANK YOU!!!
