I called in for assistance in filling…

I called in for assistance in filling out my DOT documents to upload to the airline website. Ben was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I was able to complete my task successfully! My dog can NOW travel as a service dog! Life is good 😊 🐾

It was not explained that emotional…

It was not explained that emotional support animals were no longer allowed to travel in the cabin with their owners. I needed my little dog to be able to travel with me in the cabin, but the airlines do not allow this any longer, only service dogs are allowed to travel in the cabin now. Thus the money I spent with your company was wasted and since I am a retired widow, that was a very expensive mistake. When I texted your customer service, the person I was texting with knew even less than I did about the situation. He was very uninformed and did not offer me ANY assisteance.

After reviewing your order (#101159333), we would like to clarify that you did not purchase an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter. You purchased a Service Animal Registration Package (Basic Registration).

These are two completely different services.

Airline travel regulations apply specifically to trained service dogs, not ESAs. As such, your concern about ESA travel does not apply to the product you purchased. At no point was an ESA travel benefit part of this order.

Additionally, we clearly outline on our website the differences between ESAs and service animals, including what each qualifies for under current regulations.

We encourage customers to review the product they are purchasing, and we are always available to answer questions prior to checkout.

We understand your frustration, however it’s important to clarify that our service involves more than just a physical item. A licensed therapist completes an evaluation and documentation is issued, and in addition, your package is processed and shipped.

Because the service has already been fully completed and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds once this process has taken place. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, as the work and resources have already been provided.

Great ESA service for apartment residents

I renewed my ESA designation for my 2 cats again this year with United Support Animals. The process is simple and straightforward. I heard from the therapist within 24 hours, just as they promised. I also got my letter within 24 hours of my session with the therapist.

You don't need to go out by yourself anymore.

I live alone and am 71 and many times wish I had my dog with me(lady bug) a friend told me how I could sign her up as my support pet. it was fast and easy now I have her only thing frys dose not let me take her in because they say she is not a service dog.

Pet screening/ unprofessional representatives

I tried to do a pet screening and ive been waiting for 3 months for the paper work to go through and nothing. They keep saying it will get done. I tried calling today, the guy on the phone was so rude and hung up on me 3 times and finally yelled at me and said "lady you have issues" I laughed and said for the 3rd time I need a manager. Decided to mute himself and I repeat i need a manager and than waits a few mins than puts me on hold for now 20mins
