Due to HIPAA privacy regulations and federal telehealth laws, we are only permitted to deliver official Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) letters electronically via secure email. This ensures your confidential health information and therapist’s signature remain protected.
Physical copies, ID cards, or certificates are optional add-ons that can be ordered separately if desired, but the legally valid document is the PDF letter sent to your email. That letter can be printed and used for housing or travel purposes as needed.
If you did not receive your email or need help downloading or printing your letter, please contact our support team at 800-918-3151 or reply to your confirmation email — we’ll be happy to assist right away.

All landlord and housing forms must be completed and signed by a licensed mental health provider, which is why an additional provider-signature fee applies. This ensures full compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and HIPAA privacy laws — the same laws that prohibit us from sending forms directly to landlords without your written consent.
