I called the customer service line to account cancellation
I called the customer service line to cancel my standing order, it wouldn't let me continue online, the customer service lady was very nice, asked a few security questions and my account was cancelled including the overpayment and sent a check, very satisfied customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helpful and quick to respond
Helpful on the phone. Technicians arrived after approx 5 hours and drains quickly cleared. Very impressed especially as it was a Sunday.

Fast, clear, prompt, polite and warm
I had a blocked waste tank on the main street and also the main street stop tap was floaded and couldn't acces it. I called and explained everything on the phone. The lady on the phone was amazing. Can't praise enough the customer service received. Was professional and explained everything calm and precise.
They came on the same day even if I was given 5 days window.
Extremely impressed by everything

Leaking water meter
My initial Sunday telephone call was dealt with very professionally and the call handler was super friendly.
Amazingly quick response then with a visit to fix the leak and fit a new meter which was all done in 20 minutes the next day.
