Comes with almost all the privileges a student needs. Very comfortable and spacious. The only problem is heating. Everyone in my flat would have to get up from time to time to turn back the heating on as it tends to switch off on its own when no movement is ditected.

Takes them 3 weeks to just fix a light.
Only given one shelf in fridge for 7 of us and when we request more were ignored.
Messed up my rent instalments i had to go in 4 times and had multiple phone calls to have them sort it (it’s still not completely sorted)

Very helpful staff. Very clean throughout the accommodation and shared areas. Highly recommend.

I don't think we should allowed other people to have visitors or mates from other flats over. There are many times when they're allowed and it especially gets awkard to access the kitch while they're in there because you don't know them except for your roomates

Upon moving here I had to request for a number of things to get fixed and changed. They did respond to the complaints well and took action. The room was not up to my expectations. There were spider webs in some corners, the curtain had paint on it, the vacuum cleaner had a smell to it when used, etc.. Of course most of the problems have been resolved now. Overall the welcome was not as satisfactory as expected, but the problems were responded to properly.

The rooms are just fine and the overall quality of accomodation is, indeed, supreme. The staff is quite helpful, kind and friendly. Special thanks to Neli and Shua'ib, they are especially of help when it comes to any question or problem, and quite efficiant at assisting the students and overall being quite friendly.

The place is cosy and nice. Reminds me of my home. I love living in here.

Everyone at reception are lovely, always helpful. I've had a few recurring maintenance issues with my toilet within the month I've stayed but they've always been worked out within a couple of days. Other than that, my experience has been great so far

Good location, well maintained property.

My only issue is the heating and the sound in the ceiling.

Would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner that works well. The current one has a problem where in it the floor handle isn’t working well

Everything is great but I have to give two stars as there is almost no/extremely ineffective enforcement of kitchen cleaning rules. My kitchen is a mess, and even after dealing with reception, none of my flatmates are getting any better at cleaning up. Other halls make sure to enforce these rules.

Tried to change payment to instalment basis. Called and spoke to someone called Max. Very helpful - told it would be no problem. Sent email to my daughter asking for more information in support of instalment basis , how many instalments we wanted to pay, how we were funding it etc.supplied all the information requested and then never heard back despite chasing. Then Unite took full one year payment from our credit card! Suddenly get reply to email after they have received payment .Said it is now too late! Not what they told us initially! Disgraceful!
Also paying premium rate one year in advance - found out from daughter that accommodation has 3 out of 8 washing machines in the block out of order.
Not impressed.

Emailed unite students for a refund but all i had was an automatic reply sayingThanks for getting in touch with uS.

I’m now getting fed up with this. I’ve got special needs and would love to get my money back one way or another you shouldn’t do this to a special needs person because I’m stressing over the fact that if I don’t get my money back I don’t know what to do

Nobody is on the end of the phone to help me.

The location is perfect because you have good access to supermarkets, restaurants, and around 5 minutes from the city centre. And also my roommates are amazing

Too cold even when I turned on the heater, and it seems the room/flat concrete and structure are not strong enough.

The time for waiting the lift is too long, only one lift working

The staff were so welcoming and I am currently enjoying my stay. Only issue I’ve got is the maintenance team didn’t sort out the issue I was having with the fridge regarding the shelf

Great location and enough space in rooms and kitchen however no hoover even though we asked for one and no hot water out of the taps which haven’t been fixed. Plus fire alarms go off regularly in the middle of the night.
