The accomodation is good, the only down side is there is no kitchen inspection as with sharing room mates that's a problem I faced as it was not clean when I arrived and I feel the rent was bit expensive.

Excellent service in office and welcome week , also mehrdad was one if the guy who helped me on getting my posts

Awesome. Get along with new friend and play FIFA. Can't get any better.

It says "snack available". Turns out there is a vending machine, so u need to buy 😆

The team kept us updated at all times and their support was simply brilliant.

when i contacted them about changing my instalment plan, u was told i would get a reply within a few days. WEEKS passed and after constantly contacted them they replied and said because it was too close to the payment deadline they can’t do anything and would change me all i have in my account. ALSO the people on the phone were EXTREMELY RUDE. and were no help at all. a boy named Noah on the customer services call had a lot of attitude and was very rude.

Very disappointed. Son moved in last week to a very run down flat. Kitchen surfaces in a bad condition. Fridges missing shelves and no door trays meaning 10 people sharing two fridges but not enough shelves, microwave broken and in his tiny box like room, furniture fell apart.
At the price we’re paying expected far better.
On a positive note the communal areas are nice and staff are very friendly.

My daughter had unite accommodation in Manchester , for 6months they had a broken lift, but still charged full rent. It was repaired in Feb, but has taken multiple emails and complaints for 6 months to finally get a pitiful compensation. With new over the top rental prices luckily we found somewhere private to rent.

My daughter has paid a deposit, I've signed the guarantor agreement, she was supposed to collect keys to her room on Saturday and she's still waiting (and stressing) IT glitch somewhere along the line with the process, but phones calls aren't answered, mailbox is full and emails aren't responded to. Where does she go from here? Course starts in a few days and she's still at home with no way to access her Unite accommodation account.

My son had his credits for his first rent payment and unite students decided to take from his bank account taking him -501 overdrawn with no money. When I called I spoke to numerous different people and was told 10 working days for a refund when it was not his fault, the credits were there to be taken! Then I was told they could request a fast payment and for me to call back and chase ( my own money ) 2 days later. I did this and was put on hold for an hour , then called again whilst still on hold and was cut off mid conversation then I called back a third time to be told that Max ( the person I need to speak with) was on his lunch! To add insult to injury I received an email chasing payment becasue the DD had failed ! :-D Absolutley diabolical first experience of this place and still no further along. Currently still awaiting the call back.... TBC

Unite students were very helpful in ensuring my young person was able to move smoothly in to student accommodation. Communication was great and they were very accommodating, they ensured that we were fully of aware of what support was available to the young person. I would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my booking but was sorted out quickly by customer service , Merdhad in particular was of great help.

Amazing experience

Absolutely shocking.. sink backing up for at least 6 months.. lock on door not working for 3 months.. floods … silver fish.. person on reception very good but management and particularly maintenance team don’t go give a dam.

I had three pleasant weeks at the University of Birmingham. The room was fine and quiet. The support staff was very helpful. I would recommend.
