My son wished to purchase this for his girlfriend at very short notice for her birthday. To be honest we did not think it would turn up in time as we had only allowed 3 days. But amazingly t turn up the day before her birthday, complete with her name etc and she loved it.. Have to say a brilliant product and service which I would recommend to anyone. Makes a change to be saying WELL DONE.

I was really pleased with the fast delivery and the nice package received, but it was rather disappointing that I had to re-order due to a spelling mistake. I had been warned that this might happen by other people and, sure enough, the name was spelled incorrectly. I named the star as a tribute to my father-in-law who passed away over new year's and it wasn't very nice to see the spelling mistake - I hope that such careless clerical errors don't happen to everyone.

I've been looking around many websites and checked a few to get the best deal, quiet honestly didn't care about the price all i wanted is a good company. I landed on your website and was intriqgued to see you have alot of options. I made SURE that the package will be at my friends place on the 11th of January or before since she is heading to the middle east where i am staying so that on the 1st of February I will have it and give it to my cousin, who's birthday it is, since you do not have delivery to the middle east. Made the purchase didn't really care about international charges or the price for the package although many other websites has way cheaper goods and services i thought considering the prices and the review, this company will make me happy! Tried tracking the package through Royal post online, i couldn't as it tells me the code is different, tried to call the offices no one picked up, i asked my friend to call the Vermont post office and she couldn't and she already left Vermont, and i have absolutely no idea what is happening to the package. Thank you for the chance of the review. Please advice if there is anything we can do in regards to this matter, would be a happier customer if your team came up with something. I was dissapointed that when trying to find the location of the star in the sky i was unable to do so, i brought this for my daughter due the fact our family cat pixie was killed by a car. I thought this would help console her after bying her a telescope for Christmas we goggled the constellation she would be able to see from her bedroom window. It would be lovely to be avle to pin point the location more accurately in the sky of the star now named Pixie although we have been unable to do so. With this in mind and the reason we named the star i found this dissapointing. I found the Keyring and certificate lovely and my daughter was very proud of them. The downside is without ascertaing an accurate location it feels phoney

Its clearly not a class product the items were wrapped in a mcCain oven chips box. SHOCKING IF YOU LOOK AT THE PRICE I PAID NEAR ON 100 POUNDS. I will be advising other parents / customers to buy elsewhere for sure. . . So there you go thats my review , not that i expect it to have any impact what so ever. mabey your next customer will have the items sent out to them in an old sack... Pathetic. I have 4 god daughters 1 god son and 2 neices. All with the same gift in mind.. well not from you i wont.. consider me a customer lost.

Never eveb recieved my order this is a scam will not recommend site

I had ordered this as a gift for our God daughter's 1st birthday. Her birthday is 12 January 2013, however the registration certificate has been sent out showing the date of 12 January 2012.

After checking back on my order form it clearly states that the year should be 2013. I have contacted the sales team however I have yet to receive a reply.

Delivery was quick over christmas however I am very disappointed that you have spelt the name wrong on the certificate! I have checked the original order i placed and even the delivery note on the parcel had the correct spelling!

Was purchased for my late mother inlaw. My daughter was told is now a star. I gave it to my wife & daughter on their 1st xmas without their mum/grandma & its the best present they've ever recieved!! Site was easy to navigate, process simple enough only fly in the ointment was I had to ring to get news on order progress and was told I would have to wait in all day Christmas eve to sign for package. As it turned out postman left it in porch and shot off before I could ask him about signing anything.

Product was good when it arrived she was chuffed to bits though.

This was a shocking gift experience; they spelt the name wrong and dated the star to 2010 not 2012, gift pack didn't even come with a picture; the entire package is just two pointless bits of paper . useless. will never trust an online purchase of this type again. Completely pointless.

If you want to name a star for some one then this is the company for you. It arrived qucker than anticipated well packed . On top of that there was a vast choice of levels .

I got this as a xmas present as it was a unique gift to give. My only reservation was I was hoping that the person receiving could choose the name they wanted the star to be called. would be an idea to give that optio. This is the only reason I only gave 4 stars and not 5.

when I bought the stars I didnt realise that they are not recognsied in the scientific community but they make a lovely gift idea .. i bought basic packages but I was expecting some sort of booklet about the star and a few pictures OR just some kind of astronomical booklet . in my package I got certificate and a sheet of paper linking me to websites .. one person I have bought for does not have internet. plus a letter saying they have a star named after them .. I wanted more details about the constellation I have chose for them as it was personal .. just a meaning or explanatary note about the constellation would have been nice . now I have to explain my self to them why I chose the constellation ..Nice to have bought some thou for family and friends has ive been poorly but i expected alot more and thought I could have printed it out my self xxxxxxx
