I must say that i wasnt totally happy with my purchase, as it did come a bit bent this may not be your fault , it may be the postal service but it came in a do not bend enevlope but yet it was bent.
I must however say that i was very happy with the product and thought that alot of detail had gone into it .
I would recommend this gift to anyone as it is truely an amazing gift for for someone to treasure forever .
I just hope that it would be packaged a bit better.

Ordered bronze package for a christmas gift. Received it soon after ordering however the engraved keyring was spelt incorrectly.
Still awaiting replacement.

emailed asking about additional items to be included and how to pay for items was told to make purchase and email, did so and to your credit the item i ordered was with me within two days, whats not so great is it was with out additional items i had emailed for and still awaiting reply from/about, gave you guys a few days as this time of year must be busy still no reply , sent another email with complaint about above, no reply from that ethier, phoned up got a very polite and professional women who sorted out the prob within a few mins and few days later received additional items,
so dont bother email these folks as you are much better off getting them on the phone and sorting it out there and then,

I recieved my package and the name was spelt wrong, i was told i'd have a new one sent out to me on monday and should be recieved by tuesday (11/12/2012) i still havent recieved it and now have to arrange for one of my elderly neighbours to keep an eye out for the delivery as im in work.

I was lookign for a 40th birthday gift for my best friend and naming a start after him seemed the best gift. I went for the Diamond Package which was brilliant. Not onyl did I receive everythign really quickly, the framed certificate, star maps, award and paperweight were all of really high quality and looked amazing. Highly recommened to all!

Bought this for my mum who is struggling to cope with the loss of her mum (my Nanna). It's a lovely way to remember her as now she is officially the star we said she was! Everything with the order was perfect, would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Bought the bronze package and the key ring is lovely.

When my order arrived on Friday 15th November i was really excited because it is for my nephews christening which i am god father. My neighbour had taken it in due to my work commitments. When i opened it i was very disappointed that it came in a Macdonalds shakes box with a few air bags in it but it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I opened the star paper weight as i chose the silver package and to my dis-belief they had spelled the middle name wrong and the surname wrong and i looked at the framed certificate and the middle name was spelled correctly but the surname was incorrect and this was also the case for the certificate in the folder. I phoned up on the Friday to complain about this because i looked at my printed reciept and the spelling was correct so i new i was in the right to complain. A very polite young lady spoke to me very professionaly and told me i would recieve a whole new pack by Monday which it has not arrived so i will wait until tomorrow and if there is no delivery i will call back and hope i get some satisfaction this time as the christening is in 5 days and i am starting to panic a bit incase it doesnt turn up.

i bought the Gold Package as a 50th wedding anniversary present.
it arrived quickly so i didnt need to worry if it would turn up on time. when i gave it to my elderly parents they both cried!! my dad thought it was the most beautiful present ever! they proudly show off the framed picture to everyone that visits. all in all i am extremely happy to have bought this present. thank u Universal Star Registry!!

I was not very happy with the framed version as it is rather crinkly in the frame and for almost £70.00 would have hoped to be of a higher quality. I have purchased these before and they were much nicer so please go back to how you used to frame your product.

Website was easy to use, goods arrived spot on, nice little package with the certificates in but whilst I understand that not all star's are bright and shiny I was a little disappointed in the star on the key-ring which did look like it had spent a few hundred years floating round the galaxy, I was hoping for a nice shiny star for my friends son on his christening

I did not know what to get for my husbands Ruby wedding present and a friend said buy a star! so I tracted on the nett and found this company and such a STAR find it was. I had no problems whatsoever my certificates etc arrived the next day. I would have no hesitation of using them or recommending them.

Brilliant product ideas but because they stuck the invoice to the outside of the parcel and their web address is so easily visible, the surprise was ruined for the recipient.

Such a unique gift to give for special occasions

Posted very quickly is a very stuff cardboard envelope so the contents was kept clean and straight, you get information on what star u have chosen and the certificate comes with a wax seal which is a nice touch. the paper quality is great, nice classy feel but the print quality could have been a little better, some words were a bit blurry and the signature at the bottom clearly looked like it had been printed. maybe mine was a one off and the ink cartridge was running low but I think it could have been sharper but overall the certificate and the info pack it comes in looks great.

The star was for a christening for a wee girl aged 3. My wife cried when she saw the gift as it was so well presented and unique. Extra brownie points for me for suggesting it!!!
