Even though the certificate is nicely presented and everything arrived ontime and well looked after, I couldn't help but feel I had paid a lot more money then I thought necessary. I may be missing the fact that I had just named a star after someone however, and people may loook at it differently. The CD I found really complicated to work and couldn't even get anything to happen from it. It was just full of loose files which wouldn't open enless some complicated procedure was done first. When contacting the company about this through email, the reply was very blunt and didn't help in the slightest, so I don't knoow if I was missing a whole loads more of information. I only give this three stars because even though the problems mentioned here were quite big, the range and quality of what did arrive, and the relatively quick delivery with nice presentation made up for half of the bigger let downs.

I bought a name a star for my girlfriend, I was a little worried she would think it was dumb, she actually cried and said it was the best present she ever had. I was happy with the service, everything was perfect, no problems at all and would honestly recommend it to anyone... Thankyou... U made me look like an amazing man lol :-D

The star packages offered are an amazing gift for any situation. I bought this package as a memory to somebody and it is a lovely way to remember her. In this type of situation the star package brought great happiness to everybody to thing that she is never gone. She is in the sky looking down on us.

looks authentic bought one from another site,packaging bit more fancy but cerificate not as good love the red seal, would prefer a typed out message to go with it

I enjoyed giving the gift to my partner as much as she did receiving it, my only reservation was the setup file on the disc wouldn't extract so couldn't use it. But that didn't matter to us it's all about the star and what it represents.

My aunt was turning 91 and we just didn't know what to get her. So I had the idea of getting a star named after her - and that's what we did! It was easy to order though I did have a minor problem with the website at one point; the pack and content was fantastic - and my aunt said that it was the best present she had ever had. I am so glad that we did this for her as she died a month later but will remain immortalised in the stars.

My friend is delighted, and is looking forward to one day pointing out to his son where 'his' star is located in the night sky. Bought this pack for a little boy who recently lost his dad. Two items had correct date, one had wrong date. Pure human error so can't complain too much as replacement arrived the following day. But good value overall, shame a genuine mistake left slight bitter feeling. Wouldn't stop me using them again though :-)
