Shocking Service
Phone worked initially, slightly glitchy at times but generally okay. Then front facing camera stopped working after a few weeks. Sent phone back and they said it would take 2-5 working days to fix. It's now been 3 weeks and I need my phone as I work with social media so I request a refund so I can buy another phone and they refuse. So now I'm going through paypal and have reported them to ebay.
If you advertise that you offer a 12 month warranty then you are also selling a service and by not providing this service as advertised you are in violation of the Consumer Rights Act.

Don't buy an iphone from this ebay …
Don't buy an iphone from this ebay seller. The phone was faulty. We returned it and received a replacement which was also faulty. Then they stopped answering our emails so that we are not able to return the replacement. Each time they sent us a phone it took ages to arrive (over a week). They have big notices on ebay to you when you buy to contact them for help if you need it and NOT TO TELL EBAY OR GIVE A BAD EBAY REVIEW so that by the time we realised we were stuck with £294 worth of broken phone it was too late to leave a bad review on ebay.
