This has to be the worst company I have dealt with in my Life . They sold me a faulty Samsung S5 Model No.SM-G900F phone on the 10th of January 2017. Order No.291984713305 under the name Philip Morrissey paid through PayPal. From the start the phone was not charging correctly and stopped charging completely two weeks later.I contacted them on the 17th of January via email with no reply.The same again in February no reply.I then tried calling them on the phone every number as they ask you to press 1,2,3,or 4 was left waiting for over 80 min. No reply. I then sent another email on the 24th of March again no reply.All emails were sent from Phillip Morrissey my brother as the phone was paid for through his e-bay and his Paypal account his email is morrissey7i7etc. I tried calling several times on the phone again left waiting over 1 and a half hours no reply.
I have now realised that this company is a bunch of crooks who knows that they only give a six month warranty so they have purposely not replied hoping I will go away . Not fair very unprofessional! I will be opening a dispute in PayPal who thankfully will help me recover my refund. Who ever reads this please be aware of this company they should not be legally allowed to trade.
