No idea when my product is arriving, supposed to be tomorrow but service rep that i am e mailing firstly couldn't confirm if my phone has been dispatched and now say they would dispatch "as soon as they can" - That could mean next year! Now been on hold to them for 25 minutes! Had reservations about ordering from here, looks like I should have gone with my instinct!

Broken phone sold to me
I bought an IPhone 6 from Universal Gadgets for £300.00 and when I received it the camera did not work, after a month it stopped charging when the phone was turned on, stupidly I never got around to sending it back then after 2 more months the phone would not turn on anymore.
I sent it back and I got an email from Universal Gadgets claiming that I broke the phone when I was sold a phone that had water damage and it was missing two screws on the charging port. I wasted my hard earned money on a broken phone and they have refused to take it back. I never did anything to damage the phone and I am reporting the organisation to ebay for it. Never go for the cheap deal for one of their items, they sell damaged merchandise then blame you for it so they can steal your money.

We have emailed you a few times regarding the water damage that is now present on the device, please see images attached on the last email as evidence of water damage that is quite new. This can be caused by a build of water moisture, not just by being submerged.
Unfortunately we cannot repair this item under warranty, due to the water damage voiding the warranty. All this information about warranty was provided when you received your item.
All phones are fully tested and checked before dispatch, this includes a liquid damage inspection.
We are sorry we cannot help any further.

Iphone 4s sold faulty, would not refund, wifi greyed out, wouldnt listen too customer, tried too fix issue happened again in less than an hr of having the phone bad, still would refund only a replacement phone send, wifi ok on this one tho mum says speaker isnt great refurb phone hey hmmmmmmm stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Apologies you feel this way, once the phone is updated that is what causes the WiFi to become greyed out, as advised we cannot be responsible for this common fault which still happens even though apparently being sorted.
We are glad the new phone is fully working, please try cleaning the speaker port with a toothbrush as 9 times out of ten it is only caused by a build up of dirt. All phones are cleaned before dispatch, however depending on the environment the mobile device is used in, this can attract more build up over time.

Stopwatch/Heart Rate Monitor
Superb time-keeper, stop-watch, exercise record, date, time etc. fine. Only problem is that heart rate monitor can be as much as 20 bpm out, measuring too low. (I check pulse manually with stopwatch or kitchen clock for 1 minute when at home, it's always more than heart monitor reads e.g. recently 76 on monitor was 98 checking manually) Would certainly recommend to a friend as no need to hook up to a smartphone or Android. It's a good stand alone aid for runner who want's instant data at such a good price, just poor heart monitor, disappointingly. Being 65 wanted to check I am keeping h rate in safe parameters for my age

It is true that I received a faulty item (mobile phone), but there was no problems sending it back. I was given the option for a repair or a refund. I asked for a refund, and there was no pressure or any fuss wharsoever, I did receive a refund as requested. You follow the instructions on how to return the item, and everything will be fine.
The team always were prompt to answer my questions. Very polite and courteous. The only reason I give them a 4 is because the item was received faulty and I did stay without a phone for few weeks. Otherwise, overall, happy with my experience. I am encouraged to deal with them again without hesitation.
