Sadly, I have to leave a poor review. We bought an I- phone from universal gadgets, as my tablet had been a good buy.
Unfortunately the i - phone would not connect tothe internet. We sent it back, and it was returned (we hoped mended) 2 months later. Sadly same fault has returned, and it still won't connect.
Also- because the address was not complete, the package took 4 days to get to us. Not pleased with this service.

Bought this, a quick delivery and wrapped properly, handy item I've used a few times already, would deal with again without hesitation.

Placed an order with them, the item arrived quickly and was well packaged, so thank you.

No hassles at all.

Head phones bought for my daughter as she is heavy handed with them they dont last very long. These are so far still in 1 piece and not showing signs of giving up.

I ordered an iPhone 6 from this company but haven't received it yet. It has only been 5 days so I'm hopeful it will still arrive. I have sent 3 emails asking for any updates and have phoned them 3 times. First phone call I waited 10 mins, then 20 mins, then 30 mins. I still haven't spoken to anyone or have they answered my emails. There is no tracking on it either. All I want is to know whether it has actually been sent yet or not and when it might be delivered. My teenage son has used £200 of his birthday and paper round money to buy this and is desperate to get his hands on it. Hoping for a response soon.

I bought an iPhone 5s from these jokers last year. It failed and I sent it back under warranty, it was very hard to get hold of them. They sent me another phone back claiming it was my original phone that had been repaired. However I had photographs showing that the replacement phone was completely different. This developed a second fault, so this was eventually returned and repaired. The replacement phone had yet another fault, even after I asked them to be very careful to ensure that this would work properly. Since then I've made numerous emails and telephone calls to them to ask for a further replacement or repair. This service is to put it politely pi$$ poor. So I've asked my credit card company to get my money back. I bought another phone from music magpie and they were great even when it had to be returned because it was locked, go there instead.

I have spent ages on hold for you, last week my wife did actually get through and was promised an email postage paid return envelope but this has not been received or is in my spam folder. So much for service and a promised call back from Adam who claimed that he was manager which also never happened.

Think long and hard before buying any phone as your record of sending out faulty equipment one after another suggests quality of sourced phones is low and quality control absent.

Charge back to be concluded once I return latest faulty phone for one of the two PLUS multiple postage charges.

Too little too late AND hopefully a salutary warning for potential customers.

I ordered several boxes of envelopes from UniversalGadgets which offered 24 hour delivery if you buy so many boxes, which I did.

Delivery came a day later than advertised, when I enquirer further they don't actually do 24 hour delivery for large items. So bare this in mind before ordering.
