This is the absolute worst company to use they are very rude and disrespectful. I have waited for a unlock code for over a month with no response from them when I do get them to respond I tell them to refund my money immediately. It has taken me over two weeks to finally hear them say they will refund me .THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF LIARS AND SCAM PEOPLE WARNING DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY

This is the poorest company i have ever used in my life..they lie lie lie and lie..they dont understand English because everything you say to them they ignore..their only efficiency is to steal your money

Very bad service, after charge cridet card there unlock code does not work. Send dozons of email & phone call No answer.

Takes your money does nothing for it.
The T and C have been created to allow this. In effect they say , if we do nothing , you loose , and we keep your money.

I quote....

"The Unlock code delivered as per the rules provided on the website. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances if the order gets delayed, we are not liable to refund your money."

"unforeseen circumstances" in this case mean , "whatever we decide..."

Such a blatant scam.

Fails to respond to Tech Support , and if they do , they answer nothing but simply close your request.

DONT BUY FROM THESE LOOSERS.

I will refer this to the Better Business Bureau as this company is registered in San Francisco, California.

UPDATE: you have had 7 requests for update that you have ignored via your tech service.

UPDATE: All tech service messages were closed , without any form of resolution. Still no unlock code that I paid for , Just stalling tactics.

UPDATE: 1 week is long enough , Creditcard now notified of the fraud. Will recover money.

UPDATE: Just for info order number was 342423 , and was never fullfilled . Email is private.

UPDATE: It just gets better , now my client Login is blocked so I can no longer check the status or receive the code. What did I expect. Lets see how this plays out.

UPDATE: So I got back into my account after one week , admittedly my mistake , but here we are 13 days after payment and nothing.
They promise , but as you can see deliver nothing , no code , no refund , nothing.

Update: so here we are , over two weeks since payment , and nothing. FYI the support email address now is unknown...
NO private support address any more, they are trying to run with your money.

They promised they had now returned my money... of course they have not.. Liars , cheats , scumbags of the worst order.

MY FINAL ADVICE:
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS , THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH FALSE PROMISES.

So Here we are over a year later , Phone still locked , no money refunded.. JUST PLEASE EVRYBODY LEARN FROM THIS , THESE 'EXPERTS' ARE ONLY GOOD A TAKING YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY!

The reply says refund issued... believe it when I see it.

Update: 2 years on... no code , no refund , and now my order has been erased. Perhaps the tax office should audit these jokers now as they are NOT keeping sales records for the legally required periods.

Just do yourself a favour , boycotts these crooks.

I’ve used Unlock Ninja to Unlock two iPhones so I could use them on European vacations. They sent me codes and detailed, easy-to-follow instructions. Worked seamlessly both times. Phones were unlocked almost immediately.

Got my codes quick took money even faster wasn’t clear on “unlock app” for MetroPCS I was under the impression that a hidden menu was accessible.

It was not

I am calling PayPal and hopefully this site gets shut down very soon.

THEY SCAMMERS AFTER PAYING 45$ ALL I GET IS NOTHING. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE SENT AN UNLOCK CODE, BUT I DIDNT SEE ANYTHING.

I am not satisfied because 22 days ago I requested the unlock code for alcatel 5085c and I have not received this one having paid in advance. I have asked for the money back but no answers.
I also do not like that your answers are not personalized.

It try 3 devices ZTE MF65M in 2 days and It's really excellent.

The Service Did Not Work
I paid for an unlock code which my phone rejected. I asked for help. They ignored me for a couple of days until I asked PayPal for a refund. Then they provided some extra instructions which also did not work. They have refused a refund and provided nothing of value.

Sent order 2-12-19 for unlock. Received.....NOTHING
Have written three times via their online 'Contact us". A total joke

When you have composed and sent the email you get a notification saying 'The support staff will be in contact within a couple of hours"

Then a couple of seconds an auto-responder email saying
"Dear _________
Thank you for contacting us will contact you very soon.
Thank you
UnlockNinja Team"

I have three of these. Nearly a month. They took the money. No unlock. ZERO response.

You will notice that the split between customers that have had an "Excellent" experience (assuming they are legit reviews..a big assumption) and those who have had a one star "BAD" experience is basically 50/50.

So do you want to take a 50/50 risk you will be scammed?

DON'T DO IT.

They took my money but phone was never unlocked. I contacted the customer service but they were lesss than helpful. They kept requesting video of phone while I attempted to unlock. Sent the video but they kept asking for the same video. I don't think it was an actual person, probably just a generic email to try and keep you in a loop until you give up. They stole my money. Do not use their service. They are crooks.

UNLOCKNINJA is a scam service. If you are unable to unlock your phone. They why ask you to contact the carrier you are locked to assist in unlocking your phone. Why would you need their service if you needed the assistance of your carrier to help unlock? Stupid excuse for not wanting to issue a refund. Save your money and find a reputable company to unlock your phone. Unlockninja will just take your money and offer zero support and blame your carrier.
