This is a disgrace - 5 days ago I paid - keep getting spam emails - no real support - my ticket was resolved - but my problem is still there - no customer service for 3 days online - then I got some stupid explanation that they received my payment but some data is missing so they have to do it manually.... ???? manually what ??? Keep yourself away from them - Why I didn't check them first !!!!

Very poor service they sent me the code but no instructions on how to unlock a old Nokia flip. I don't think they even know how to unlock the phone and the instructions. All they write is sorry for the inconvenience lol like really. Amateur people or staff that's working there.
