Still Waiting - Received Refund
So I purchased an unlock for my iPhone 6 GSM with ATT and its
been two days and I heard that's how long it takes but its coming
to the 3rd day and I havent heard back not even a "may take a bit
longer" nothing and I emailed them twice and still nothing been hours.
I will either ask for a refund and if I don't I will call paypal and get a
refund/charge back.
edit: 4 days still and nothing although i did receive back a email from
them of them just telling me it might take up to 1hour-1 week and not
any info on my progress on my unlock -.-
EDIT: seems like they were unable to unlock it but i did receive a full refund so thank you for that.

Unlocked my contract phone for an international trip
My phone is under contract and I wanted to unlock my phone for an international trip. Got a competitive price for unlocking at this site. I wasn't sure about unlocking as this is the first time I was doing this. But the site featured Paypal payments which I could dispute if I did not get the unlock code. It took 3 day to get the code however I was able to unlock my phone on the first try. I would recommend this site to my friends and family.

What a Rip Off!!
Have been dealing with this guy (Apt Dubey) since February and still do not have a code that works or my money back. Have sent numerous emails trying to get it resolved or my money back and many without a response. I am at the point that i am going to start spreading this story around on the blogs and tech sites. What a waste of time and money!!
They finally responded after i wrote this and said they couldn’t see my video, But nobody contacted me until I wrote this review and then apologized for not getting in touch with me and wanted to resolve right away. Ok great they were quick at resolving and figured out that the code provided would not unlock my phone and promised a refund by this weekend. Still waiting for the refund. ? 6/20/2015

After 15+ days I got an email about that i've sent the wrong imei ( not true), after a double check and always with the same data and imei and few email I have not get any email from them. So far, disappointing. **Update to 5 star.
The system for getting the unlock code was easy and quick but the standard instructions for my model of phone in FAQ did not work. Two emails requesting support have been unanswered.
**Turns out that the phone was Blacklisted which is why it did not respond in the manner expected. Fee refunded.
