wasn't sure about this service since 2018 and been seeing their videos but I never pull the trigger to use their service. this year I had to unlock my Samsung s10+ ATT usa, for travel purposes. I submitted the order for iPhone xs T-mobile to unlock.
I waited for the full-time frame and the result of the order is NOT WORK. could not unlock my phone and they tagged as completed. What a scam and useless company. Do NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
They marked up completed and not unlocked.
I requested for a refund. See how it turns out.
