i came to this website with a Galaxy s10 hoping to unlock, they told me it would take 5-10 business days and it was a good price, 6 days later i get my unlock code and everything worked! Totally recommend this site for anyone looking to unlock their phone!

I attempted to have my iPhone 6s unlocked, however the unlock did not work. UnlockPanda responded promptly to my e-mail communication and refunded my fee in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anybody else who was attempting to get their phone unlocked.

Amazing customer service, stayed in touch the whole way - even when it wasn’t necessary - There was a major issue that came up a week after I payed them because of something on my end with the phone. I was immediately responded to when I reached out and they issued a refund even though they didn’t have to. Worth the extra money, I highly recommend them. You don’t find customer service like this anymore!

Fast service had my phone that I gave used to my daugther unlocked in very little time. Very much appreciated.

Please avoid this web site at all costs. I am not sure how they got a high rating overall. Must be a scam. All the recent reviews are spot on. They take your money and never respond until we have to start running behind them to refund my money. Please do a favor to yourself by staying away from this Scam website. Thanks.

Please avoid this website, misleading info and customer service lying and avoiding to reply my emails regarding my phone status. They literally told me that my phone unlocking code will be provided to me like in two days (after waiting 7 days) then i was waiting for their email but nothing happend. I emailed them for refund but no replies. Please avoid this scam website, call your credit card company and report this place as fraud. They can't unlock the code and misleading with false information to customers...
Dont get fooled by their fake advertisement, also people who posted on the Youtube channel about this website is misleading info as well.

DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! Waited 12 days on iPhone XR. Did not even supply a code. Gave me two different options on how to move forward with the phone and neither worked. The phone still read "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" to contact carrier to unlock. This was a terrible experience. Stay away

I ordered an unlock code on 09/07/2019 which was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 10 Business days but they failed to deliver it after 12 Business days and were making all kinds of silly and lame excuses. So, I requested to cancel the order and they sent me an email saying that they are processing my refund. After that I requested unlocking code from cellunlocker.net on 09/24/2019 and they delivered the code within 8 hours without any issue and I paid less than what I paid to Unlockpanda. However, now all of a sudden Unlockpanda sent me an email with unlocking code on 09/30/2019. This SCAMMERS just want to grab my money. Now I have to go through all kinds of trouble to get my money back. JUST STAY AWAY!!

I paid them to unlock a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus. An these clowns took over a week to get back to me. I tried the whole day to get my phone hooked up but couldn't because it was still lock. Come to find out I gave them the wrong IMEI number to God knows who phone. However, I contacted them and told them the correct IMEI and they said I had to pay again. I told them heck no because my phone is still locked. Then they offered me a 10% discount if I paid again for the same service that I am not very much pleased with. All I got to say is thsee people is a scam and I wouldn't give them another red cent. So beware also after trying to use this service. I received all kinds of spam emails and bogus people calling me so beware. An thanks again for nothing unlockpanda.

They guaranteed it would unlock my sprint iPhone XS Max and it didn't happen. I have been trying for a long time to solve this problem with them but so far they haven't solved it but my money they are happy to have received.

SCAM ALERT! I WAS ROBBED OF 50USD OF THIS COMPANY. MADE ME WAIT MORE THAN 7DAYS BUT THEY SAID THEY CANT UNLOCK IT. THEY TOLD ME TO REFUND BUT I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!

My order #43121. I tried to unlock my Iphone 7 , but they failed to do so. It was mentioned that if they were not able to unlock the phone, they would refund full amount.

I made a video showing the IMEI id and the unlock failure message as mentioned by them to get the refund, when i did so i was asked to try more three methods. I knew they wont work but still gave it a try.

I want my refund of $99 back, please acknowledge my refund request.

The order says complete, Team you just cant change the status of the order to complete without verifying from the customer.

As of today 7/1/19 I was issued a refund of my total purchase. Due to carrier issues they were unable to unlock my iPhone... Deff a LOT of back and forth but they did follow through.

I paid this company 139 for NOTHING. I received an email saying my iPhone was unlocked with instructions NONE of which worked. Their site clearly states if they CANNOT/DO NOT unlock your phone you get a refund. As of right now they are none responsive in regard to this matter. I do not recommend this company. Will update review if things change but as of right now DON’T DO IT!

Oh you guys emailed me offering up an apology then saying I need to now WAIT an additional 12 days on top of the 2 weeks I had to wait for it to not work. Email states I get a refund if you guys can’t unlock. Like I said I’ll happily revise if I need to but as of RIGHT NOW I still do not recommend this company.
