terrible service definitely don't waste your money

It was so easy making this happen, I highly recommend UnlockPanda

I have processed 2 orders with this company, unfortunately only 1 could be unlocked but they gave me a full refund for the order that was not completed, so I would recommend this site because it is reliable.

I was a little skeptical about this but was in need of unlocking my iPhone for a trip abroad. It worked perfectly fine and the delivery time was very fast. Definitely recommend Unlockpanda and will use again if I need to unlock another device.

Unlock panda kept their word on 100% guarantee or money back. We had a hiccup and I needed an MCK number , I reached out and they were able to get my phone unlocked and going. Thanks

Unlock Panda promised to have my boyfriends phone done way before the website stated it would be done for some unnecessary reason. As days and eventually weeks went by their excuses became more frequent, but they kept assuring thatvitbwoukd be that day or night. It's been weeks and no code. Unlock Panda is a heaping pile of scam crap. Don't waste your money or time.

Tried unlock panda for my phone horrible experience they say it will only take 1-7 days but 2 weeks later still haven't got my unlock code customer service is bad will not use them ever again.

After trying unsuccessfully to unlock my phone with another company I decided to give unlock panda a try. They are very transparent in their process given me a status update 3 days after my initial purchase. The status update was pending and that it would typically take 5 to 7 business days for my order to be completed. On the 6th day I received my email with my unlock codes. Initially I was a little leery being that everything was done online but after everything was completed I would definitely use unlock Panda again as well as recommend them to anyone looking to unlock their phone.

I had to wait more tome that i expected (1 week) but i had they correct unlock code. Thanks

Hi i have an Iphone 7 Plus locked with T-Mobile bought it about 5 years ago
I want to make sure will be unlock to different carrier i have no problem to pay the fees
as long can be done guarantee .

Sadly, I am forced to pick a star when one is not warranted. Although this company states 1-24 hours for your unlock code, it does not actually mean from the time they recieve your payment. I ordered my unlock code in conjunction with my payment at 9:30 P.M. I received an email, the following day at 7:30 A.M., asking me for additional information with a statement at the bottom informing me that the time allotted begins when I correspond to this email in particuilar. Funny, based upon the statements made on the website, I was under the impression that the time period began when the payment was made. Now, I am still waiting to be refunded. Had this email been sent to me immediately, I would have complied. Due to the fact that they waited almost 12 hours, two hours shy of half the allotted time, I will be using another service.

Unlock panda was the best service I've ever used and were so quick so fast afordable. I've read their reviews online and people say they're not real and I'm telling you if I could see you face-to-face in my life I would tell you it's real Thank you guys.

Blackberry Piv unlock code received. Input into phone, pop up says “unsuccessful”.

Contacted Panda support staff..
Response “try using only 8 of the 16 digit unlock code”.

Input half the unlock code, pop up says “unsuccessful”.

Some attempts later, pop up says “phone is now MEP LOCKED”.

Contacted Panda support, no response.

Without UnlockPanda I would've either been forced to pay lots of money to unlock or used the locked phone as a tablet somehow but I am 100% pleased with the services they provided and the time its takes them to reply to customers questions are on point

I sent unlock panda the information they asked for . I have received no response. They have not responded to this review. I sent the email response to them more than a week ago. I am trying to resolve this to no avail. Read the real reviews before you order. I have several reviews about the same order. BEWARE
