I own an iPhone 7 on the T-Mobile network. Someone gave me an unused iPhone 7 on the AT&T network. I wanted to unlock the new phone from the AT&T network so I could place my T-Mobile SIM card in it. I used the services of Unlock Panda, and within 24 hours, they sent me an e-mail that the new phone was unlocked. I performed the steps they sent, but it didn't unlock the phone. I tried the alternate steps they gave me, but again, the phone would not unlock. I wrote to their customer service. They asked me to check the information I entered to ensure I made no mistakes. I checked what I entered for the IMEI, the network, and the make & model of the phone. I entered everything correctly and told them so. A day later, they sent an e-mail saying that they were sorry but they were unable to unlock the new phone, and that they would issue a refund. Two days later, I received that refund. Even though I was unable to unlock the new iPhone, I would definitely do business with them again.

The first time through, the service didn't work. I entered all the correct information.
I contacted support and they got back to me very quickly.
Then, I tried the different methods they suggested for unlocking my phone. None of them worked unfortunately.
I put in a request for a refund and that has been taking a considerably longer amount of time.

I like this service, this is my second time using unlockpanda and I am equally as satisfied and pleased with quality and to safe service they provide. Another thumbs up from me.

Fue una total estafa, solo hay un solo formulario para llenar la solicitud y según ellos, yo elegí el desbloqueo equivocado. Más todo obra para bien, Dios les pague y que sigan cosechando frutos.

It was a total scam, there is only one single form to fill out the application and according to them, I chose the wrong unlock. Plus everything works for good, God pays you and you continue reaping fruits.

I tried to contact to support staff. Because I can’t unlock my phone. I asked for my refund back. They said can’t. It wast my money and my time. It fake advertise. I can’t unlock the phone and can’t get the refund back. Bad experience

Since it’s not what I need and miss understanding between unlocking the sim and unlocking the phone so I need my pay to be refunded but no response

Pedi un desbloqueo a un iphone xs max verizon U.S.A fuera de contrato y clean imei, me llego la confirmacion de que ya estaba desbloqueado pero no fue asi, el iphone sigue bloqueado por verizon, al menos me reembolsaron el dinero via paypal, ojala y mejoren el servicio porque puse mi confianza en ellos y todo salio mal.
